Study On Economic Evaluation Of The Ecological Agricultural Products Logistics Park Project In Xiashan Of Weifang

The agriculture of Weifang city develops rapidly, and it is the importantagriculture base of Shandong province and even of the country. Shouguang Vegetableis famous in the whole country, in recent years, the city of Weifang promotes theorganic farming mode vigorously, and also the eco-agriculture has begun to takeshape, forming “Xianxia Lake” and other eco-agriculture product trademarks. Withthe promotion of the eco-agriculture product, the traditional agriculture productslogistics can not meet the need, the mode that in line with the characteristics ofeco-agriculture products is urgently in demanded. The agricultural products logisticspark, as the important node of the agriculture products logistics, can play an importantrole in solving the problems of agricultural logistics.The construction investment of ecological agricultural products Logistics Park islarge, and the investment cycle is long, also the investment risk is relatively high.Therefore, the investors must do the economic evaluation scientifically and rationally,to find the risks of the project and distinguish the different importance, then providessupport for the project construction decision and the avoiding of investment risk. Inthis paper, we analysis the characteristics of the construction of the eco-agricultureproducts logistics park, builds the index system of the project economic evaluation,then to Xiashan eco-agricultural products logistics park for example, the paper doproject economic evaluation,to provide a basis for making project decision.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the researchbackground and significance, also analysis the research status in the domestic andforeign and the main methods using in the project economic evaluation. The secondchapter describes the basis theories and methods of economics evaluation of thelogistics park project. The chapter first outlines the characteristics of the LogisticsPark and eco-agricultural products Logistics Park, focusing on the theoretical basis, also summary the economic evaluation methods, making foundation for the followingchapters. The third chapter writes the production and circulation of eco-agricultureproducts of Weifang, including the economic development of Weifang, the trafficlocation of analysis of Logistics Park, and the market demand and forecasts ofWeifang’s eco-agriculture. The forth chapter, on the basis of the third chapter,discusses the profiles of the eco-agricultural products logistics park in detail, mainlycontains the amounts of the logistics forecast of the park, the strategic position andfunction area of the park, also the project investment estimate and so on. The fifthchapter does economic evaluation on ecological agricultural produces logistics parkproject in Xianshan of Weifang. Firstly, building the economic evaluation indexsystem, then using AHP to determine the importance of each index, finally usingfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do the economic evaluation on thelogistics park, and analyzes the results. The last chapter is conclusions and outlook,also the deficiencies of the paper.
