Supply chain collaboration is defined as two or more autonomous firms working jointly to plan and execute supply chain operation.It can deliver substantial benefits and advantages to its partners.The manufacturer is the core party of the logistics scheduling that is closely related to both the upstream and downstream parties.Among this pattern,the production and transport are important links.But in reality,the activities of production and transport are usually being carried out by a single enterprise.Lack of inter-enterprise effective cooperation,and sharing of information poor.Under the traditional model,the manufactures shift its inventory cost to the upstream and downstream enterprises without considering the transport cost.In our country,there are significant flaws in supply chain collaboration management,which in the poorly integration of the supply chain.It becomes the "Short Slab" in Supply-side Structural Reform of China,which is concreted in the coordination of logistics with production and service enterprises.The logistics cost is mainly composed of inventory cost and transport cost.This article,therefore,is focused on the scheduling of the supply chain collaboration to integrate of logistics and manufacturing,carried out the delicacy management to decrease cost and increase efficiency of logistics.It will deepen the Supply-side Structural Reform of China.Based on the need of the supply chain collaboration,we considered the synchronized scheduling of production and transportation in supply chain.However,studies before had almost discussed the scheduling for production or transport separately in supply chain management,when the enterprises are in competitive condition.While considering the integration of supply chain scheduling,can enhance the corporation of the enterprises to improve the efficiency and the benefit of the supply chain.We adopt the batch transportation strategy to effectively reduce cost of inventory and transportation,address weak links of logistics,and optimize supply chain management.Current research about batch scheduling focuses on the two-stage supply chain,while the study of scheduling is extended to the more complex three-stage supply chain,specifically introduced the multiple production.However,the traditional batch optimization problem mostly is analyzed by considering the single production,now lags behind economic globalization.With the more competitive market and the more rapid process of economy globalization,enterprises need to instill "Customer-Oriented" service conception,take market demand,and carry out the "Lean Manufacturing".Therefore,we consider the weighted inventory cost in different products to satisfied the needs of the customer.From above considerations,we study the integration scheduling of multiple products,storage and transport in the single machine to minimize the total weighted inventory cost and transport cost.We firstly set up the scheduling models based on the different batching strategy,and analyze the complexity of each problems.Then we present algorithms--fully polynomial time approximation schemes(FPTAS)for them,and presented its demonstrated in theoretically.Finally,we analyze the experiment examples of the FPTAS with MATLAB to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the approximation algorithm from the practical point of view.The paper puts forward the scheduling models,based on the various batch strategies.And presented the effective algorithms for the different supply chain collaboration scheduling models.These researches increase the study about the batch problems in logistics scheduling.We provide a comprehensive treatment of the batching and scheduling problem,embracing both batch supply and batch delivery,depending on the arrival cost,inventory cost,and delivery cost.Some useful suggestions are provided for integration of the industries and logistics in the supply chain.
