The enterprise management platform is built by the executive level and the common staff,and the management diversity makes the enterprise more rich in financial goals and management philosophy.Nowadays women served as senior management has become a hot topic,business decisions and guide appeared which is based on the characteristics of female followed by female human resource joining,under the existing concepts,women's aversion to risk and cash flow control,do have some affects on the enterprise value.Female executivesneed to attaches great importance to the employees,that is a must when they want to highlight their contribution,ordinary employee compensation,as part of the accounting treatment included in the cost of business and business growth,performance and so on that may contain the enterprise value,is a decisive-approach that can attract and retain talents,so it is female executives major factors to consider when making financial decisions.Based on the above,this paper respectively discusses female executives and ordinary employee compensation influence on corporate value,and then tries to find out the relationship between female executives and ordinary employee compensation,finally the common employee compensation as intermediary variable in the introduction of new model.This article uses the A-share listed companies between 2012 and 2016 sample data,and build the fixed effect model of bidirectional effect analysis.The structure of this article are as follows,In the first chapter,the introduction uncover the research background of this paper and gives the research route and the basic frame diagram;In the second chapter,I will review the literature and summarize the practical significance of the existing research;And the third chapter the theory goes first,then I put forward the hypothesis;I build the model and give the definition of the model variables in the fourth chapter;in the fifth chapter,statistical analysis will be shown;recommendations and prospects are given based on data analysis and theory research in the last chapter.The empirical results show that the increase in the proportion of female executives has brought about an increase in the value of the enterprise,and the role of education and age shows that the ordinary staff salaries does not bring about positive value to the enterprise,butthe trend happens in the group with high equity concentration.Also,the state-owned enterprise employees is not obviously related to enterprise value,the proportion of female executives brought about by the rise in corporate value will be affected by the ordinary staff salary.This article to some extent build a link for the proportion of female executives and corporate value and provide data support for the introduction of concrete ration of female executives to the enterprise,open a communication-door between the ordinary staff salaries and high shareholding ratio of shareholders.
