The Function Mechanism And Empirical Research Of Urbanization Promoting Producer Service Industry

At present,the development of producer service industry has become an important field to reflect the comprehensive strength of individual countries.As a country that is mainly used to allocate resources and promote economic development,the development level of producer services is also regarded as a reflection of the modernization of central cities.Since 2017,global trade has continued to expand and the world's economies have maintained a favorable development trend.However,the risks of economic decline have also increased gradually,and there have been relatively many emergencies.So in the face of the international situation is still grim,of course,also have our own development underpowered and other factors,China's economic growth began to slow,all kinds of problems of the city began to highlight,from the developing trend of some big cities,the urbanization process to the service industry,more specifically,is to play an important role in the development of producer services,so to study the effect of urbanization on the development of producer services,is in accordance with the needs of the current environment,theoretical significance and practical significance are very prominent.In this paper,the research on the development of productive service industry in urbanization is discussed in detail from two aspects:theory and empirical research.In terms of theory,on the basis of reference about the document of producer services at home and abroad,found that most scholars mainly study the producer services and manufacturing,and the interaction between economic growth,and most of the articles are based on the panel data to investigate the linear relationship between each other,while this paper discusses the process of urbanization,the urbanization development of producer services show that the nonlinear effect in promoting,and fully consider the space factors,urbanization under different conditions for further study on the influence of producer services to provide theoretical reference.On the empirical side,three empirical models were established based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2004 to 2015.First,producer services as explained variable,urbanization is explanatory variable,and investigate the correlation between them,found in a scatterplot presents quadratic nonlinear relationship between them,and then on this basis,the introduction of relevant control variables,established the nonlinear regression model of urbanization between producer services and short-term.Second,considering the long-term point of view,different stages of development of urbanization,the influence on producer services may be different,the introduction of the threshold regression model,the quadratic term of urbanization as the core variable,urbanization as a threshold variable to introduce the same as the nonlinear regression model of control variables,the threshold model established between urbanization and producer services.Third,considering the local development of producer services will be affected by the surrounding areas of producer services,namely,producer services exist space since the correlation,so spatial panel model and discusses the effects of urbanization on producer services.Integrated three models of the empirical analysis,this paper come out the conclusion mainly include the following:First,in the short term,urbanization and the nonlinear relationship between the producer services are U.Second,in the long run,the development of urbanization is threshold,before the threshold between the urbanization and the productive service industry is nonlinear relationship U after this threshold are inverted u-shaped nonlinear relationship.Third,considering the space after the correlation of producer services,found that,on the base of urbanization and infrastructure,industrial structure,knowledge spillover of producer services can produce spillover effects,that is to say,these variables will impact on the surrounding the development of producer services.Finally,the author puts forward some corresponding policy Suggestions on the development of urbanization and producer services.First,although the city is the main carrier of the development of producer services all walks of life,with the accelerating of urbanization and promote their sustainable development,but also some other problems in the process of urbanization,such as environmental protection,public security and traffic congestion problem,the government shall timely take measures to solve related has been highlighted and serious problem,which is more macroscopic control of the process of urbanization.Secondly,we should pay attention to the differences between the regions in the process of promoting the development of producer services.At present,the development of producer services more concentrated in the eastern good cities,and in the western region development of producer services are still lagging behind,the government should to the relatively backward regions in the development of producer services increase support,and put in more manpower and material resources,to coordinate the development of producer services area better and more comprehensive.Third,we should strengthen urban infrastructure construction and increase personnel training.we can see from the empirical analysis of this paper.though both have influence on producer services,but the impact is less,infrastructure construction and personnel training are still in a lower level,the government should speed up the construction of urban infrastructure,the introduction of producer services needed talents.
