As commercial banks are in the tide of transition at present,the change of the service type needs staff's value and organizational views matched and puts higher requirements to the motivation of staff knowledge-sharing.The knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values play an important role in the process of staff's knowledge sharing and has become the primary problem that banks and human resource department need to solve.They are highly correlated with the motivation of knowledge sharing.Therefore,the article analyzed influenced factors of the motivation of commercial bank knowledge-sharing from the point of the knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values in order to make banks pay more attention to staff's value and manage it better and lead staff to be more willing to share knowledge with others.Based on the review of domestic and international documents,the survey combined the work actual,took the bank staff of commercial banks in the Yingtan area as research objects,and confirmed research thought.We adopts questionnaire survey method,makes an investigation on the knowledge generativity values,extrinsic growth values and knowledge sharing motivation of 200 commercial bank employees.The study find that:(1)The knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values of commercial bank staff are remarkable different in the genders,education background and job hierarchy.The commercial bank staff's motivation of obtain and provide is different in the education background and job hierarchy.(2)The knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values are positively related to the motivation of obtain.(3)The knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values play a significant role to predict the motivation of obtain.The R2 of knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values to the motivation of obtain is 49.1%,and the R2 of knowledge generativity values and extrinsic growth values to the motivation of provide is 64.2%.Based on the above conclusions,combining with the particularity of commercial bank human resources management,the article will give some related suggestions to promote employees' knowledge sharing.The suggestions are as follow:(1)Determine a process of personal knowledge sharing.(2)Set up a platform of knowledge management.(3)Build a reasonable organizational structure.(4)Strengthen the assessment of knowledge sharing.(5)Create corporate culture of knowledge sharing.
