In recent decades, the level of China's national economy has continued to grow rapidly, stabilize, and the income level of the residents has gradually increased. The consumption level of the nationals has also been gradually improved. This series of changes have led to the retail sales of social consumer goods The total amount of the increase. The total retail sales of social consumer goods as a barometer to reflect the consumption of our residents,to measure the consumption of our residents play a vital role. This paper analyzes the impact of the income level of our country on the retail sales of social consumer goods, which is of great significance to further promote the development of China's economy.First of all,we selected the relevant data from 1990 to 2015,the pre-processing of social consumer goods retail data-based on the time series, mainly to make the study of the problem meaningful, and then use the SPASS software to deal with the data after Scatter plot analysis and correlation analysis,so as to establish a diversified linear regression model for analyzing the impact of the income level of Chinese residents on the retail sales of social consumer goods, and through the SPASS software to establish the model to do the overall significance test, and then alone Of the variables of the model to do a significant test to determine whether the existence of multiple collinearity of the model.Through the test results, and constantly revised the model, the final conclusion is that the actual rural household per capita disposable income on the actual impact of the total retail sales of social consumer goods the most significant performance. In contrast, the other two influencing factors, the actual per capita disposable income of urban households and the impact of the year is not very obvious.Analysis of the main causes of this phenomenon is: the current urban and rural areas of China's consumer attitudes, there is still a big difference.Through the model we can also find that China's urban and rural residents per capita income,in terms of short-term there are macroeconomic relations lag behind the relationship. In addition, from the perspective of the macroeconomic policy enlightenment and the reasons for the increase in the total retail sales of social consumer goods,a series of reasonable and practical suggestions and measures were put forward to further promote thesustained and healthy development of China's national economy Provide a guiding significance.
