In recent years,due to the rapid rise of e-commerce,domestic logistics enterprises grow up rapidly,and face unprecedented competition and challenges.For the logistics service providers,instant reaction speed,cost reduction and service quality are important factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterpriseshe speed of response,the improvement of logistics links needs to be proposed.Logistics is also known as the third profit source,which plays an important role in the reduction of logistics cost and the improvement of logistics efficiency.As one of the important parts of logistics,warehousing occupies an indispensable position in the complete supply chain,and the efficiency of warehouse management lies in the rationality of its layout design.By means of scientific and reasonable design of warehouse,the layout and the optimal allocation of goods,so as to realize each function for enterprise logistics cost reduction,to promote the efficiency of operations,and increase customer satisfaction and have far-reaching influence.The rationality of inventory in warehousing system plays a key role in the reasonable utilization of storage space and the increase of storage efficiency and the decrease of cost.This paper studies the storage system of the children’s food project in shijiazhuang branch of KY group and optimizes the storage strategy and the cargo space.Through the analysis of the current situation of company warehouse goods distribution,for its storage strategy,work efficiency is low,and unreasonable using EIQ analysis methods to analyze its present situation,it is concluded that the shortage of warehouse currently and according to the characteristics of the company is currently operating projects choose scientific storage strategy,at the same time to improve warehouse turnover,improve the safety of the goods storage stability as the final purpose,and in turn to build a multi-objective optimization model,would be the use of genetic algorithm in MATLAB to complete solution for the model,finally through the simulation optimization outbound efficiency before and after the check,to justify the overall efficiency of the warehouse got very big improvement.
