Warehouse operations are the bridge between suppliers and customers,and occupy a pivotal position in the development of today’s enterprises.As the business of modern enterprises is becoming more and more diversified,new warehouses with multiple functions such as processing,assembly,packaging,inspection and reverse logistics are favored.Similarly,this also requires the layout of the original warehouse function area facilities Improve to meet the functional requirements of the enterprise for the warehouse.However,for warehouse layout planning,the traditional Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)has certain limitations,specifically:(1)This method is based on plandriven production,which is difficult to meet the modern enterprise order-pull production characteristics;(2)The method is mostly based on human judgment to modify the layout,which lacks flexibility;(3)It ignores the importance of using material flow line analysis to adjust the plan.Based on this,this study adds the original data elements,determining the system layout type and material flow line analysis to the original program mode of traditional SLP,and quantifying the logistics influencing factors,thus forming a new layout optimization and improvement method-Moving linear SLP method.Finally,this study takes warehouse No.1 in the W chain supermarket as an example,and uses the linear SLP method to optimize the layout of the warehouse functional area.The content includes: using the material flow-distance(F-D)analysis method to point out the existing problems of the existing storage system;using the linear SLP method to carry out the preliminary facility layout planning of the No.1 warehouse;establishing the material handling of the functional area with the logistics relationship as the main body The dual objective function with the smallest cost and the largest sum of the comprehensive intensities of the functional areas with non-logistics relationships as the main body optimizes the preliminary plan;FD analysis and weighted factor analysis are used to analyze and evaluate the optimization plan from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.Finally,the optimization plan is modified and adjusted in conjunction with the analysis of the moving line,and the final layout plan based on the moving line SLP of No.1 warehouse is obtained.The research results of this paper show that the optimization plan and the preliminary plan obtained based on the dual-objective model are superior to the original warehouse layout plan,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the dynamic line SLP method for warehouse layout optimization;in addition,the use of dynamic line SLP The problems such as chaos placement in the No.1 warehouse have been improved,the functional areas have been reasonably arranged,the transportation cost of the goods in the warehouse has been saved,the warehouse operation efficiency has been improved,and the space utilization has been optimized.The re-planning of warehouse No.1 is a successful practice of dynamic SLP in the optimization and application of warehouse layout.It provides a new perspective for other similar enterprises to plan the warehouse layout rationally in theory and practical application,and has certain reference value.
