Research On Entrepreneurship Training Of Migrant Workers Returning Home In Guangdong Province

This years,under the influence of various factors,the trend of returning rural migrant workers in Guangdong Province has become increasingly obvious,and the situation of two-way flow of rural labor force has gradually formed.Migrant workers return to school is a historical development of the inevitable phenomenon,although it has caused great employment pressure to rural society.It also brought a new opportunity-return home migrant workers willing to start strong.They have strong sense of entrepreneurship as well as enhanced entrepreneurial skills.The positive significance of returning migrant workers to entrepreneurship is multifaceted,which not only solves the development problems of returning migrant workers,but also can promote the positive effect of local employment environment and promote the county economy to the rapid development of small towns.In order to support the return of migrant workers entrepreneurship,since 2008 Guangdong Province has started entrepreneurship training on the returned migrant workers.On the reality of migrant workers in Guangdong Province,the entrepreneurship training played an indispensable role in improving the entrepreneurial awareness for the migrant workers as well as improved their entrepreneurial capacity.It can be said that the quality of entrepreneurship training has a direct impact on the success of returning migrant workers' new business.This paper focuses on how to improve the quality of migrant workers in Guangdong Province at present,and analyzes the practice of entrepreneurship training on the basis of theoretical and literature research,listed out the problems and investigated practical solutions to solve the problems,which to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training,so as to really help migrant workers to return home to achieve successful entrepreneurship.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:Chapter 1,Introduction.This paper describes the background of this study and stressed the importance of this topic in the theoretical and practical view.It summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of migrant workers' entrepreneurship training,summarizes the research achievements and shortcomings of domestic and foreign migrant workers' entrepreneurship training,and puts forward the research Ideas and methods.The second chapter is the history and current situation of migrant workers' entrepreneurship training in Guangdong Province.First analysis ofthe return of migrant workers in Guangdong Province,the four historical development stage of training,its development process and the effectiveness of a specific analysis.And then focus on the return of migrant workers entrepreneurship training status and characteristics of a specific analysis.Chapter 3: Problems and causes of migrant workers' entrepreneurship training in Guangdong Province.This paper expounds the existing four major problems,including training funds,training implementation,training management and training object.The reasons for the above problems were analyzed,and we summed up five reasons.The fourth chapter,to solve the return of migrant workers entrepreneurship training problems.In view of the problem of the previous chapter,various strategies were precisely and carefully developed in order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship training in terms of funding,implementation,management and trainees.Chapter 5,Conclusion and Prospect.The future of migrant workers to return to the future,prospects for the future.
