| In the current “extensive” growth model,natural resources has become an important material basis for the development of China's economy,It also promoted the rapid growth of industrial economy.However,due to the small-scale of exhaustible resources and the lower utilization efficiency,which has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of industrial economy.At the same time,China's three major region's resources endowment is different,affected by national and regional macro policies,industrial growth efficiency under the exhaustible resources-constraints has had obvious regional differences,which has affected the balance development of the regional economy.Therefore,it is of great significance for China to deal with the severe challenges of exhausting resources and promote the coordinated development of regional economy in China,which concerns the efficiency of regional industrial growth and its influence factors under the constraints of exhaustible resources.Based on the theory of related concepts such as exhaustible resources and economic growth efficiency,this paper describes the current situation of regional industrial growth and its exhaustible resources utilization in China,and analyzes the exhaustible resources from the two aspects of quantity and quality.The productivity growth rate and the total factor productivity of China's regional industrial growth efficiency are measured by the use of the SBM directional distance function and Malmquist-Luenberger(ML)productivity index.The industrial growth efficiency is analyzed by static and dynamic ratio analysis.And then this paper uses the Tobit model to analyze the impact of the technological innovation input,the market openness and the degree of government intervention.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the efficiency of regional industrial growth from the perspective of government,industry and enterprises in the light of the situation of the three regions. |
