As a new service industry with promising prospects and huge market potential,cold chain logistics has become the driving force for raising the living standard of people and promoting the sustainable development of the national economy as well as a hot spot of social concern.In addition,building a sophisticated,scientific and systematic system based on modern science technology and the concept of management is of great significance in improving the efficiency of logistics and operation of facilities and equipment,reducing the cost of cold chain logistics,and improving the quality of services.However,by analyzing the efficiency of cold chain and it's process,the rational utilization and integration of resources is a very important thing.As an effective way to integrate resources,the joint distribution can reduce the operating costs and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.The main contents of,his paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the demand characteristics and distribution mode of cold chain logistics in transit,on this basis to propose two distribution integration strategies in the case of multi-enterprise collaboration under the concept of Joint distribution:based on the customers resource,based on the vehicles and distribution center resource.And these two integration strategies are compared with original cold chain logistics strategy without resource integration.These three strategies are Multiple single depot problems,MDVRP under the condition of customer grouping and closing,MDVRP under the condition of and closing.Then,this paper describe the economic costs incurred in the cold chain logistics distribution,and the cost of damage and the energy consumption cost of the cold chain vehicles as well as the spoilage and perishability of the products in the cold chain logistics distribution are analyzed mainly.This paper replace multiple factors with the traditional simple method which use a single constant variable to express the cost of damage,and then according to dynamic thermal balance Theory,this paper build the cost of goods damage function and energy consumption function which are mainly reflected in equipment characteristics,product types and transport conditions.Secondly,according to the cold chain logistics distribution model based on customers resource integration,combined with the extension of the classic problem of VRP and the cold chain logistics distribution process,this paper construct a vehicle routing optimization model with the goal of mineralization of total cost is constructed,in which it includes transportation cost,cargo damage cost,energy consumption cost and the total cost of punishing cost caused by time window.Compared with the classic multi-depot vehicle routing problem,this model constrains service time requirements,and change the restriction that all customer can be served by any distribution centers to add the restriction that some customers can be served by designated distribution centers.The method of gravity is used to transform the problem of multi-depot into single-depot problem,and the genetic algorithm are designed based on the model's characteristics.Thirdly,based on the distribution model of cold chain logistics under the condition of resource integration in vehicles and distribution center,we change the restriction in chapter 3 of returning to the original depot and single-depot restriction to not to limit the constraints of returning the original depot and multi-depot vehicles.In chapter 3,Some customers can be served by designated distribution centers,but all customers can be served by all distribution centers in chapter 4.The cold chain logistics and distribution model are construct to minimize the total cost,and the genetic algorithm are designed by model's characteristics.Finally,making use of the model of the cold chain logistics distribution strategies constructed above,taking the distribution of four cold chain logistics enterprises in Chengdu as an example,and to solve it by MATLAB program,then this paper compare the optimization path of cold chain logistics distribution and further analyze the structure of minimum distribution cost based on the customers resource and integration strategies based on the vehicles and distribution center resource to verify the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed cold chain logistics in this paper,to provide theoretical support for promoting the sharing model of enterprises in the cold chain industry.
