In the increasingly competitive transportation industry,it is necessary to establish a scientific and practical index model of operational quality of service to ensure that the operational quality of service of the system is the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this dissertation, the actual demand of operational quality of service of rail transit was taken as an entry point, and the operational quality of service of index model of rail transit was set up based on the system structure and user needs and the evaluation method was designed.Based on the classification of user demand and calculation of importance of indexes,an index evaluation matrix was put forward. In order to improve the operational quality of service, the index of quality of service was classified according to the classification results.According to the classification results, some suggestions to improve and control index were given,so as to improve the operational quality of service of the rail transit. The main work of this dissertation is as follows.(1)Summarized the related research status of the operational quality of service of the rail transit, analyzed the existing problems in the current operational quality of service index model of the rail transit(hereinafter referred to as the index model),and concluded a set of quality of service evaluation criteria and proposed a new evaluation method, which designed the index evaluation matrix based on the user needs category and the index importance degree.(2)Based on the problem of subjectivity in the establishment of the existing index model and the unity of the angle of index selection, designed a structured index model building process.Based on industry standards, system structure and user needs, the dissertation used the causal analysis method to mine the index, designed an improved Delphi method to complete the index screening and user requirements classification, and used the explanatory structural model to divide the index dimension and determine the hierarchy of the index model. At the same time, the rationality of index mining and screening process was verified.(3)In the process of index evaluation method, based on the cloud model theory, the network analysis method was improved to face the ambiguity and randomness of the initial data.A fuzzy decision test and evaluation experiment method, network analysis method and cloud model-network analytic method of index model relevance analysis method, respectively, used in the index model hierarchy parental index correlation,sub-index external correlation and internal correlation analysis and calculation process,by constructing a weighted Supermatrix power calculation and accessing to sub-index relative importance of the index sort. The index evaluation matrix was used to evaluate the index, and based on the evaluation results, reasonable suggestions were put forward to improve the operational quality of service of rail transit.(4)Token the Communication-Based Train Control(CBTC)system of rail transit as the research object, the index model of operational quality of service of CBTC system was constructed by using the structured index model building process, and the user needs were classified according to the index.Through the improved network analysis method for quantitative analysis of index, and the weight of index that affected the operational quality of service of the rail transit CBTC system was obtained.By using the index evaluation matrix designed in this dissertations, the index fall into the evaluation zoning.According to the results, some reasonable suggestions were put forward to improve the operational quality of service of the CBTC system, which verified the usability of the dissertation's method.
