The Research Of Urban Residents' Quality Of Life Based On The Comprehensive Index Evaluation Model

Nowadays,as China's economic strength is more and more strong,the cities'region has continuously expand outward.According to people's living standards gradually on the high side,so most people began to care about the quality of urban life which has become an important symbol for people to chose the place to live and work.Thus,improving the quality of life further has become the starting point and purpose of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Modern people are paying more attention to the stand of quality of life.From the previous seeking to solve the problem of food and clothing of life to now pursing the improvement of quality of life,the peoples' life pursue has gradually increase.Urban positioning are more diverse,not only suitable for living life,also for appropriate job employment,leisure travel,learning,education,etc.We Select the country's 15 central cities and comprehensively understand their economy,social development and ecological environment.From the objective and subjective,exploring research on the quality of life can help the cities to have a clear positioning.By comparing the related parameters of each city's grading index and analyzing the weakness of the urban residents in improving the quality of life,which will provide scientific basis for relevant policy advice.Scientific evaluation and different comparison of the city residents quality of life which can help people grasp the development of cities and provide more useful and reliable information for choosing place.Through reading the literature related quality of life at home and abroad,this article choose 15 central cities of the country for exploratory evaluation research on residents quality of life from subjective and objective.Based on the theory of life quality,we form the urban quality of life index evaluation system.And we query for statistical yearbook and related books to summary on all the data,then process it by MATLAB and Excel software,next use the analytic hierarchy process and factor of standardized method to further analysis the preliminary processing of the subjective and objective data.After,establish comprehensive index evaluation model,carry on the comparison to each city's quality of life and analyze the pros and cons of each city life quality.Finally come to a conclusion and put forward some suggestions on countermeasures against its disadvantage to improve the quality of urban life.After studying we can conclude that at present China's economic development is still out of balance and the economic strength is also differ distantly and extremely.But because the strong comprehensive and many referential factors of the urban quality of life,it has no regional regularity.As a result,the high level of economic development of cities have more advantages than any other city at proving comfort living environment,etc.So each city should accelerate the construction speed of urban economy to provide good material basis for building a higher quality of life of city.With the consideration of the basic physiological and psychological needs of urban residents,city construction needs more humanized and charismatic.Depending on improving the city's infrastructure construction constantly,we can increase the quality of urban life.The urban quality of life is restricted by the city of objective conditions.With the rapid development of urban economy,the living environment of the city,the pace of the city,the urban investment environment and so on which all affect the quality of life.After the urban residents' income increase to a certain standard,they are more focused on the perimeter of the living environment and how much enjoyment they can get in spirit.
