Study On Risk Assessment For Investment Project Based On Cloud Model And Theil Index

Venture capital is an important support system of knowledgeeconomy and high-tech achievements marketization, industrialization. Inorder to reduce the investment risk, to evaluate the risk of investmentproject before the investment is necessary, and is the key link in theprocess of risk investment operation. Therefore, the paper establishes aset of feasible investment project risk evaluation index system, putsforward a set of effective evaluation model and method, it not only canprovide theoretical basis for venture investment decision, and hasimportant practical significance.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, the paper proposes anew investment project risk evaluation methods. First, with reference toevaluation index system for the principle and the characteristics of the21st century economy, we establish a risk evaluation index system for thegrowth stage venture capital projects from entrepreneurs and team risk,product risk, technology risk, market risk exit risk, policy and industryrisks, regional influence in seven areas, including thirty-four twoindicators investment project risk evaluation index system. Further, weput forward a method based on cloud model and Theil index of aninvestment project risk assessment model. Meanwhile, on the basis of qualitative analysis, we use expert scoring method and interval numbersfor each two indicators; we change various secondary indicators ofinterval to their normal cloud through reverse cloud generator algorithm,we use the Theil index calculation the weight of each secondaryindicators based on their normal cloud, and gathered to form acomprehensive cloud projects based on the weight of each secondaryindicators and the method of cloud build-up, using MATLAB softwareoperation and draw each normality cloud investment projects, we canvisually compare the risk size of each investment project according to thepicture of normal cloud, selecting the best investment projects. Finally,we use an example application of the feasibility and effectiveness of themethod.
