The Study On The Poverty Alleviation Of Ningde Government

The work of helping the poor is not simply a problem of aiding the poor and helping the poor,but it must adjust the wealth possession and production capacity of a country,different social strata and different regions.Because of the wealth of society stratum distribution,regional distribution is too poor,it will seriously affect a region,a country's economic and social development level and development speed,seriously affect the modernization process of a country,a region,a country's economic and social development of the deadly short board.Since the reform and opening to the outside world,our party and government have attached great importance to helping the poor,greatly alleviating the disparity between the social classes,wealth and comrades in arms,and alleviating the imbalance in economic and social development in different regions.Since the eighteen big party,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the work of poverty alleviation,and puts forward the concept of "precision poverty alleviation" as the starting point to promote the development of poverty alleviation in depth,and has achieved a lot of work.However,although has made great achievements,but the development goal of our party and promised to 2020 to achieve the overall well-off level requirements for the development of the poverty alleviation work is still not a small gap of poverty alleviation.The poverty alleviation work before the flood irrigation,all regional poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and identification standard,poverty alleviation resources use supervision and so on the poverty problem involving stratum is still prominent.It is with these questions and confusion,the choice of poverty alleviation in Ningde city as the research object,the specific research for poverty alleviation has entered a crucial stage of the existing problems,and then find the bottleneck problem of poverty alleviation effect to solve the concrete way.In order to carry out this research,the author has gone to Ningde many times,carried out on-the-spot investigation and research in the poverty-stricken areas,collected data and materials,and summed up the specific problems of poverty alleviation in Ningde.Through field investigation of the author,found that the Ningde municipal government poverty alleviation has the following problems:first,because of the government to implement poverty alleviation policy research method is not scientific to poor object recognition method is not sufficient;second,the organization and leadership of the poverty alleviation work ability insufficient poverty alleviation policy is ineffective;third,because of poor resistance ability the poor themselves poor out of poverty that effect is not ideal,especially the poor female group was more obvious,and the government poverty alleviation organization's participation is not non process;fourth,government supervision and coordination mechanism for poverty alleviation process can be further perfected.To solve these problems,this paper put forward such as to enrich the poverty alleviation object data determination module,cultivating talents,strengthen the government poverty alleviation and non government organizations in poverty alleviation in the process of participation,to strengthen poverty assistance,especially the establishment of female poverty more comprehensive way of thinking and improve the idea of poverty alleviation poverty alleviation collaborative supervision mechanism,in order to provide some reasonable suggestions for the Ningde municipal government poverty alleviation work.
