Research On Entrepreneurial Intention And Countermeasures Of College Students In Hefei City

In 21st century, the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization and knowledge-oriented economy provide a better opportunity for entrepreneurship activities. Entrepreneurship activities which is the main driving force of economic development has been widespread concerned home and abroad. In China, due to the increased employment pressure and the maturation of entrepreneurial conditions, more and more college students start their own businesses which have aroused unprecedented interest from all works of life. The most urgent problem to be solved is how to stir up the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of students and enhance entrepreneurial intention of college students. This paper on the status of the entrepreneurial intention and countermeasures of college students in Hefei aims to find the status of the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Hefei and analyze its deep-seated reasons. Thus, this paper would provide policy recommendations for relevant departments such as government and universities.The ready-made researches on entrepreneurship of college students by others mostly are related to the two following aspects. Firstly, analyzing a questionnaire, they investigate the college students'entrepreneurship and make a brief description about it. Secondly, they provide relevant recommendations with the analysis of some factors affecting the entrepreneurship of college students, such as environment and ability. However, hardly is there some paper on the dynamics of the system including kinds of factors affecting the college students'entrepreneurship. In fact, the entrepreneurial ability of college students would directly depend on the level of entrepreneurial intention which also is influenced by other factors. So, what are the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students after all? How are those factors related with each other? What are the status and the reason about the entrepreneurial intention in Hefei among the college students? Which means can improve their intention and inspire more students to engage in the practice of their own business? These are all urgent questions to be answered. It arranges the theory of entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial climate, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial intention, posing the idea that the level of entrepreneurial intention decides that of entrepreneurial activity among college students; factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students consist of entrepreneurial condition, entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial ability; and the entrepreneurial intention is influenced by the three former factors by means of a systematic dynamic mechanism. Basing on the drawing on existing theory, this paper defines the concrete indexes to evaluate the entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial intention. Besides, it designs a questionnaire in accordance with the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Hefei. What's more, the data counted from the questionnaire is arranged by the software'SPSS', with a result that the level of general entrepreneurial intention of college students in Hefei is quite low. Further theory analysis and statistical test show three areas resulting in the quiet low entrepreneurial intention:the first one is the entrepreneurial ability which reflects on the lack of capability in innovation, in management and foresight in market; the second one is the entrepreneurial condition is manifested in too little investment in the training and education among college students for entrepreneurship and the difficulties in raising fund, as well as the difficulties in gaining the new technologies, new scientific and other knowledge to back the entrepreneurship; the entrepreneurial atmosphere is the last one, which is mainly embodied in the inactive attitude of public towards entrepreneurship among college students, the insufficiency of service sense by government and relevant universities for graduate entrepreneurship and the small number of university students beginning the entrepreneurship.At last, by means of the analysis of factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Hefei, this paper provides many recommendations to inspire the entrepreneurial and improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students, such as proposing business environment, fostering a strong business climate and improving students'abilities.
