Research On The Development Of Enterprise Boundaries Under The Background Of Internet

In recent years,the popularity and application of the Internet have caused great changes in the society,especially for the management of enterprises.As an important market body,if enterprises want to take a place in the competition of information age,enterprises must keep abreast of the trend of the times,grasp the most suitable business boundaries,adjust development strategies and improve their strength.This paper starting from the introduction to the theory of enterprise boundary related,first combed the domestic and foreign scholars on the research achievements of enterprise boundaries,and in recent years,the development of the Internet for enterprises and the influence of boundary of role.To analyze the impact of the development of the Internet to the enterprise boundary,also in order to further development of quantitative enterprise boundary condition,the paper studied the Internet for enterprise transaction costs and efficiency,the effects of entrepreneurial management,when measuring the cost of trading chose 20 years 1997-2016 of 160 listed companies as samples,to quantify the variation trends of transaction costs,when measuring the efficiency of management by using mathematical model demonstrates the improvement of the efficiency of management in the Internet age.Then,the paper with the method of game two is how to change with the development of information technology,analyzed the Internet under the condition of developing effect generated by their mutual influence,and the Internet is obtained under the condition of the boundary of the enterprise of trends.Finally,combining with our country enterprise management practice,the paper presented the status of enterprise in the development of the corresponding forecast,in order to have the certain reference value.
