Research On Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation Based On DEA

Since entering the industrial society,the problem of environmental pollution in our country is becoming increasingly serious.Countries are also paying more and more attention to environmental issues.Under the dual pressures of survival and development and social responsibility,enterprises must attach importance to environmental impact when they are engaged in production and operation.The measurement and evaluation of the effect of enterprise environmental management are increasingly becoming the concerns of academics,industry and government.Environmental performance appraisal as an effective means of supervision,on the one hand,to promote energy-saving emission reduction in the production and operation of enterprises;the other hand,to provide the basis for environmental management of the government.This paper summarizes the current research,based on the induction of several kinds of environmental performance evaluation method by comparing these methods of analysis,and ultimately select the data envelopment analysis as a core method of performance evaluation environment,and detailed analysis of this article The VRS-based input-oriented BCC model used.On the basis of this model,an environmental performance evaluation system was constructed based on the principle of feasibility,cost and operability,referring to the evaluation criteria of environmental performance in other countries and combining with the actual conditions in our country.Empirical part,this paper environmental performance of 41 industries were estimated analyzed and classified according to the efficiency value,select the worst environmental performance of coal industry enterprises for further detailed analysis;by extracting 17 domestic coal enterprises evaluate basic indicators,Scale efficiency analysis,efficiency value analysis and projection value analysis.Based on the invalid unit value in each coal enterprise evaluation result,the specific measures for improving the ratio and relaxing are pointed out.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized and management suggestions are put forward.For government departments should establish a unified environmental performance evaluation system,regular corporate environmental performance assessment;improving environmental information disclosure system,strengthen environmental information disclosure efforts;and to develop environmental performance incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises in environmental management.For businesses,we should strengthen environmental protection philosophy,attention to environmental management within the enterprise;the use of advanced environmental protection technology,efficient use of resources;periodic disclosure of environmental information,and actively carry out environmental performance evaluation,unified enterprise efficiency and social responsibility.
