In the current context of the global financial crisis,coal chemical enterprises are facing the growing pressure to survive,how to improve enterprise performance management become more and more important.Performance management as an important tool of human resource management in modern enterprises,plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises,promote enterprise development,can effectively help enterprises to improve performance,achieve strategic objectives.Therefore,the research and design of the performance of coal chemical enterprises has become one of the common concerns of the academia and the business community.Company S needs to develop new projects,new projects need to refer to the parent company and the advanced performance management experiences,and these experiences are applied to management.Under this background,this paper following the experience of performance evaluation from the certain industry,and according to the development of China's coal chemical industry situation,considering the characteristics of input indicators and output indicators,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)for the management of the status quo of China's coal chemical industry for empirical research.This paper first find out the problems in the internal management of company S,From the total assets,all subsidiaries of S employee education level,operating costs,wages,production rate,the number of employees and the total profit of the data analysis.Then collected operation data of S and other 7 same types of coal chemical enterprises,analyzed in total assets,operating costs,development costs,the number of employees and total profit by C2R model,according to the results of the analysis to find out the point to improve the performance of S;Through data analysis,looking for S performance management need to adjust the content,and for specific circumstances proposed performance promotion suggestions,help S company performance improvement.Finally,the performance management model is applied to the new project.Based on the operation analysis of S company and the analysis results,this paper puts forward the suggestion of project performance management mode of S company,and puts forward the decision basis for the future operation and development of Guangxi project.Although there is not much research on using DEA method to evaluate project performance,In the process of analysis,this paper also applies the performance data of other companies,the conclusion has universality,hope that through the study of Guangxi base performance management of S company,can also provide a reference for the same type of enterprise performance management model.
