Convergence payment is usually called Aggregated payment or the Fourth party payment.Large number of company merchant in China,the last step of the business is collection and payment.They have to take a lot of energy to choose the appropriate payment channels.At present,there are many kinds of payment channels on the market,such as central bank,UnionPay,commercial banks,third party payment and so on.Each payment channel has its own independent payment platform,which leads to the complexity of technology access and business application process.in this research,design and implementation of this paper,first read a large number of theoretical materials of electronic payment and settlement.Then,based on the current situation and problems at domestic and abroad in the payment industry,the pain problems in the industry are found.The goal of this paper is to establish a Convergence payment platform to solve this problem,improve the efficiency of payment and reduce the cost of payment.The purpose and significance of studying Convergence payment,first can save a lot of human and time cost,let professional team do professional things,let merchants can simply and quickly access payment,they only focus on the business model and market development;second through the payment entrance,the future can be used to go on after the payment in the business scene,Such as small and micro finance,consumer finance and so on.For the Convergence payment platform,the overall solution is proposed,which includes three parts:product solution,technology solution and project management solution.The product solution is a blueprint.After the product solution is put forward,it is necessary to have a technical solution to achieve it,otherwise it can only stay in the concept stage.Product solution and technology solution need to be guaranteed by project management solution.The implementation process is to guide us to achieve future goals from now on.For the solution,detailed implementation plan is also needed to really carry out and finally solve the problems found in the paper.The implementation process is mainly focused on technology and project management,through the software development and quality assurance,combined with various means of project management method,progress management,problem management,communication management,quality management,risk management,to ensure that the project is implemented according to the plan.After the completion of the project,the Convergence payment platform and archival materials and paper were produced.Through the Convergence payment platform,the research results of this paper solve the problem of low efficiency and high cost in the payment industry.It is proved that this solution is feasible through the use of merchants.In the process of research,problem analysis,solution design,solution implementation and project management,all the work has been carried out smoothly according to the plan,and the objectives of the paper research are completed.The problems that need further optimization in the future and research direction are pointed out,from the national macro finance policy,the third party payment and the company merchants.From these three levels,I will continue to study the theory and the actual development of the industry in the future.
