Research On The Innovation Ability Evalution System Of Master's Postgraduate In Communuication Engineering

In recent years,along with the progress of the technology,the telecommunication industry development by leaps and bounds.Thirty years of development practice shows that the talent is a key element in the development of telecommunication industry,is the important source of industry innovation.A master's degree in communication engineering is the main source of telecommunication industry talents.Comprehensive extracting innovation factors,multidimensional and accurately evaluate communication engineering graduate student ability to innovate is important to improve graduate student innovation ability,and cultivate a high level of telecommunication industry innovation talents.This study will base on the research achievements of previous scholars,carry out in-depth study for a master's degree in communication engineering innovation ability evaluation system,build innovation ability evaluation indexes,on the basis of the index system,carry out an empirical study on Beijing university of posts and telecommunications,xi 'an university of electronic science and technology of science and technology,Nanjing university of posts and telecommunications,Chongqing university of posts and telecommunications,A master's degree in communication engineering,In order to analysis the present situation and problems of innovation ability.On this basis,put forward the corresponding proposal,the content of this study including the following three parts:First,in terms of innovation elements analysis,using interview method,the reference of previous scholar's research results,summarized 31 received a master's degree in communication engineering components of innovation ability,and,according to the results of the questionnaire survey to determine the final 29 innovation influence factors.According to the competency onion model,31 elements are divided into three layers,namely,inner layer,middle layer and outer layer.Second,in the aspect of building innovation ability evaluation system,based on the above 29 factors,using factor analysis method,extract the eight common factor,belongs to the inner elements of the personality traits and motive,they are personality traits,motivation,social roles,learning attitude,learning ability,practical ability,thinking ability and knowledge system.In the end,the innovation capability evaluation system of this research is constructed,which consists of three primary categories,eight secondary indexes and 29 three-level indexes.By using analytic hierarchy process,the weight of secondary index and three-level index is calculated by using data collected from questionnaires.Finally,a complete evaluation system of innovation capability is constructed.The last,in terms of innovation ability promotion strategy,through empirical study,carry out the research on the innovation ability of master's graduate students in communication engineering by empirical research,analyzed the current situation of professional graduate students innovative ability.And on this basis,puts forward the perspective based on individual,team and the school of 3 d model.
