Research On Evaluating The Industrial Enterprises’ Innovation Ability In Hubei Province

Hubei Province has been the province of science。The number of universities and research institutes in the province has been highest in the country.In recent years,the capability of innovation has enhanced significantly.But compared with Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other developed provinces,there is a large gap.For Hubei industrial enterprises, how to enhance creativity and improve the level of innovation and increase product innovation is key to achieve stable and rapid economic development of industrial enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but also is a vital problem to determine the future development of industrial enterprises in Hubei. Therefore,it has an important theoretical and realistic significance to analyze and evaluate scientifically and reasonably industrial enterprise innovation ability in Hubei province and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovative capability of industrial enterprise in Hubei province.Firstly,we describe the principle of establishing evaluation system and build an industrial enterprise innovation ability evaluation system based on this principle.secondly, According to the five principles of layer classification standards of evaluation index system, we analyze the general situation respectively,the input situation of innovation, innovation activities and innovation output status and innovation environment status.To compare the situation of industrial innovation capability development in Hubei Province in the recent 3 years Longitudinal.And to compare the situation of industrial innovation capability development in six provinces of central laterally. We summarize the characteristics and the existed problems of the innovation ability of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size in Hubei Province.Thirdly,39 sub-industrs innovation capability in Hubei Province were analyzed by using principal component analysis. We improve the traditional AHP by Principal component analysis.First of all, we should establish a complete and scientific comprehensive evaluation index system; Second, by principal component analysis (pca) to find the most effective indicator,that is the variance contribution rate larger, simplifying the three-level indicator; Again, in combination with principal component analysis and factor analysis to consider the cross effect of two-level index and three-level index, score the crossed evaluation index; Finally, with the scoring matrix that was crossed analytic hierarchy.And analyze 39 sub-industrys innovation capability in Hubei Province by improved AHP. Finally, we summarize the results of this study,and.According to the status of innovation capability and the results of evaluation of industrial enterprises in Hubei Province.This paper proposes the policies and suggestion to improve the innovation capability in Hubei Province.In the end of the paper,we point out the advantages and characteristic of this research method, also pointed out the shortcomings of the study, as well as the issue of further study in the further.
