China's economic development has been booming in the recent decades.The telecom industry is developing with the country's economy.With this economic background,BHU wireless company is growing rapidly.Employee expansion along with the continuing sales revenue growth,lead to the increasing management issues.One of the problems is the communication issues between the management,in which is the focus of this study.This study utilizes questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the reasons that hide behind the management communication issues.There are plenty of useless communications;multiple issues in cross-cities communications;lack of horizontal or vertical communications between departments;as well as no necessary feedbacks.Compound communication model systematically reviewed all the steps that whether a message has been sent to the message receiver from the sender.The compound communication model also emphasized other factors that affect communication efficiency,such as situation?time?attraction?dominance.This study,based on the compound communication model,proposes the solution to solve BHU company's communication problems that existed in the management.Firstly,provide the solution starts with building of a systematic knowledge for all the management members,through simulation of the real communication issues,integration of case analysis method to replace the old teaching style training.The goal is to directly build the managers' physical memory.Secondly,restructure the company's communication process: suggest top management keep fix frequency communicating with remote office managers;whole manager team attendance weekly meeting;replace the double leader team by total in charge of one direct leader.Then standardize the new process through policy,solve the multiple management communication issues in cross-cities communications.Thirdly,this study suggests that different communication strategies should be used toward different communication targets.In addition,suggests that every message sender should also consider the communication environment.Fourth,set up a communication feedback mechanism,enforce the feedback importance,and make feedback become a habit during the company's daily operation.This study also covered new communication solution implement suggestions,and application of the implementation to test and improve the communication solutions.Considering that in order for the whole company to accept the new communication solutions well,a change of company culture will be needed.Therefore,the study has presented the difficulty in advance.Finally,this study discussed the limitations about researching due to limited survey samples and personal academic ability.
