Project communication management is one of the ten major knowledge areas of the project management knowledge system.It is an important part of the construction process of the project.Like the three core management of cost management,schedule management and quality management,its management process implements the project implementation process.Promoting project activities to obtain good results has a positive effect.In most intelligent engineering projects,the project team is temporarily formed by the management personnel and professional technical personnel selected by the company.There is not much intersection between members before the team is formed,plus external stakeholders and the team There are differences in job responsibilities,professional knowledge reserves,and representative interests among members,which have created different positions and opinions,thus forming serious communication barriers and affecting the smooth progress of project construction.This article takes G company's building intelligent engineering project as the research object,based on the project communication management knowledge system,comprehensively uses multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge and the research results of scholars at home and abroad to study the communication management of G company's building intelligent engineering project.First,on the basis of domestic and foreign research reviews,the basic theoretical knowledge and communication effectiveness evaluation methods of the project communication management process are sorted out to obtain theoretical support for this research;then,the management model and communication management status of G's construction intelligent engineering project are elaborated and proposed Analysis method;based on the project communication management process model,the AHP hierarchy analysis method was used to build a communication effectiveness evaluation model,and combined with the questionnaire survey method to obtain G company engineering project communication management status evaluation data,analyze the evaluation data;then use each factor evaluation results and Expectations are compared,for factors that have a large gap between the evaluation results and expectations,through project surveys and employee interviews,in-depth discovery and analysis of existing communication and management issues,and put forward targeted improvement suggestions to improve G company's engineering project organization Communicate the effectiveness,improve the enterprise's engineering project management measures,and enhance the enterprise's engineering project operating efficiency.
