Research On Communication Management Of ZD Communication System

With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of social economy, the investment in scientific research projects will become more and more, the rapid development of technology and the increase of complexity, making it more difficult to make scientific and technological innovation. In the current situation, how to further improve R&D project management capabilities, to ensure the smooth completion of R&D projects, has become an important issue to be resolved by many R&D project managers, in particular, project communication is one of the most important management.ZD communication system is a major model of the company LTDX project construction, but also the company since the establishment of the most complex system level project. This project is made up of 7 new research equipment, 1 sets of new development command software and the selection of multiple fixed equipment. System in the development process has as many as a dozen supporting manufacturers to participate in the development process of the project is very high requirements for communication. Project is also facing many difficulties, such as, the development cycle is long, to participate in the development and coordination of units, to overcome the technical problems and more capital investment. After two and a half years, the project has been successfully completed, and through the design of the higher authorities.In the ZD communication system level project management, the project mainly consists of the military organization, the use of the overall and the supporting units to complete, in the process of project implementation, the impact of various units, so that the management is more complex, effective communication is the key to project management model.This paper studies the communication management of ZD communication system for LTDX company based on five aspects, such as the identification of stakeholders, communication planning, information distribution, performance reporting and stakeholder management. Through a large number of literature and books, learning project communication theory, in the guidance of the instructor, the theory and practice of their own work and experience in the way of communication and management of ZD communication system. First, the company project communication management status quo, the existing problems to sort out, summary. Secondly, combining with the project communication management theory knowledge to identify, communication planning, determine the form of communication, communication principle, communication skills, communication skills, identify obstacles in communication, resolve conflicts and other analysis to find out the existing problems and solutions. Finally, according to the research results to formulate the stakeholders registration book template, communication planning template and performance report template, expect to improve Ltdx company military types of R & D project communication management theory and practice of project management ability through these improvements.
