Research On The Impact Of Control Person's Alteration On The Performance Of State-owned Enterprises With FYZC Co. As An Example

In the process of corporate governance,corporate control person usually can be divided into two categories: the shareholders who have a strong desire to participate in enterprise management and the former executives who have the control power of this enterprise.In most cases,these two types of managers will both affect the enterprise's daily management and operation at the same time,which will cause some problem of contest of corporate control.In the process of corporate control contest,the phenomenon of alteration of the corporate control person not only immediately affects the short-term business performance of the company,but also has a greater impact on the company's long-term operations and governance structure and management strategy.Therefore,this paper analyzes the effect of alteration of the corporate control person on firm performance.It has an important significance on not only whether the alteration of the corporate control person can improve corporate performance,but also the research that firms creates higher profits.It is of great significance to guide enterprises to introduce investors rationally and properly decide the alteration of the corporate control person.It is conducive to the development and improvement of China's market for control rights.It also proposes proposals for state-owned enterprises to rationally formulate financing development plans and corporate governance strategies from the perspective of state-owned enterprises,and then improve China's state-owned economic market.This can not only improve the corporate governance structure,the mechanism and the efficiency of corporate governance,but also the capital market in China.Therefore,it is necessary for this thesis to use case analysis to study the influence of control person's alteration on the performance of state-owned enterprises,which will be conducive to the comprehensive analysis on the impact of the control person's alteration on corporate performance,thus more targeted management scheme will be put forward,which can further improves the level of enterprise management development and provide strong theoretical supports to consummate the control market of our country.In this paper,the literature research method is firstly used,while the systematic and comprehensive collection,analysis and induction are carried out through extensive reading of relevant literature.This thesis using the normative research method,and the efficiency theory,the principal-agent theory and the market theory of control market are the main theoretical bases of this paper.Meanwhile,this thesis using the method of case analysis to analyze the influence of control person's alteration on the performance of FYZC Company,and the research was carried out from theory to practice.Through the combination of a variety of research methods,a conclusion can be finally concluded that the control person's first alteration will have positive effect on enterprise performance,but if the control person's second alteration happened in the short term,it will be will be harmful to the enterprise performance..This conclusion can give investors some suggestions on reasonable investment and prudent participation in company management.At the same time,Chinese enterprises should constantly strengthen corporate governance and improve their governance structure.
