After several decades of development,the Internet has infiltrated every aspect of our lives.The traditional fixed desktop computers and PCs have failed to meet the public demand for using the Internet anytime,anywhere.The battlefield of the Internet revolution has gradually shifted to the mobile Internet era.As a landmark product in the era of mobile Internet,the development speed and market size of smartphones have continuously expanded,and the competition in the industry has also become fiercer.It is more difficult for manufacturers of intelligent terminals to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition.In the Internet era,consumers' attitudes and living habits have undergone major changes.The demand for products and ways of obtaining information are also evolving.Huawei,as a communications technology and technology company,has gradually gained a favorable position in competition by gradually exploring and developing its own experience and resources accumulated in the communications field since entering the mobile phone market.rich experience.With the advent of smart phones and the mobile Internet era,opportunities and challenges coexist,putting new and higher demands on vendors' products and marketing models.This text mainly takes the smart phone as an example to research and analyze the marketing tactics of Huawei's intelligent terminal.By using relevant marketing theory models such as "Five Forces Model"and PEST model,this article analyzes the internal and external environment of the market where Huawei's smartphones are located,Outgoing opportunities and challenges for Huawei's industry environment,advantages and disadvantages in the competition,and through their own surveys and analysis of relevant data and data,put forward the optimization of Huawei's marketing portfolio strategy.On this basis,it focuses on the new concepts and marketing changes that have taken place in the era of mobile Internet,and based on this,targeted marketing suggestions on Huawei's smartphones.The research results of this paper also hope to provide reference for the formulation of marketing strategies of other related enterprises.
