The mobile internet industry is developing very fast, faster than desktop Internet, the users of global mobile internet have reached1,500,000,000, have already exceeded the traditional desktop internet. The global smart phone output are990,000,000in2013. As the mobile internet industry developed such rapidly and smart phone was in the quickly popularization, phone manufacturers have the distinct fate:such as Nokia suddenly went bankrupt, and was acquired by Microsoft by$7200000000; Samsung and Apple are sharing the half cake in smart phone market, Huawei also has taken the historic opportunity to have a vigorously development and become the top three in the global.Huawei phone business analysis will enrich the theory system of domestic smart phone industry strategy, and also benefit for Huawei itself to have a whole overview on the global smart phone market, in the meanwhile, Huawei can see the advantages and disadvantages in comparison with the other competitors, to have a reasonable choice according to the external macro environment, then get a vantage position in the fierce competition market. The research result of this Paper also can be taken by the other phone manufacture as reference as well.The Paper gives a specifically analysis for Huawei phone, summarize the advantage and disadvantage, opportunities and threats in the process development of Huawei phone business. As combined with the relevant strategy theory, such as PEST analysis model, Potter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis etc, the Paper give a feasible strategy scheme for Huawei phone business included brand, price, channel and international market strategy etc. to ensure the phone business is running in an efficiency way, to keep the leader position in the global market.
