| Since the beginning of 21 st century,China puts forward the development strategy of innovation driven,relying on scientific and technological innovation to drive economic growth will be the main development model of China's economic development in the future,technological innovation will be one of the important topics of the future development of China.As a high-tech industry and strategic industry,the mobile phone industry has a profound impact on China's economic and social development.China has entered the era of intelligent mobile phone,people's requirements for mobile phones are no longer limited to the communication function,but also in the life and work of human-computer interaction,which requires innovation in the mobile phone industry to meet the growing demand for services.China's mobile phone industry started late,from the 90 s of the last century,the Pearl River Delta region has a mobile phone OEM(original equipment manufacturer)enterprises.After the development of 20 years,China's mobile phone industry from scratch,from small to large,is constantly narrowing the gap with foreign brands of mobile phones.However,due to the continuity of mobile phone technology innovation,leading to the majority of domestic mobile phone companies in the core technology is still a large gap with foreign well-known mobile phone companies.HUAWEI mobile phone as the "rising star" of domestic mobile phone,from 2003 to do OEM business started,constructing the technological innovation network through formal and informal cooperation with other organizations,actively promote the cooperation between HUAWEI and other enterprises,universities and research institutions in the upstream and downstream of the mobile phone industry,promote the interaction between new knowledge and new technology.After more than ten years of development,HUAWEI has become a leader in the domestic mobile phone,began to emerge in the international arena to compete with Samsung,apple and other international brand mobile phone line.Based on the theory of innovation network and technological innovation of geography,and according to the patent data of HUAWEI mobile phone provided by the State Intellectual Property Office,this text has collected the patent data of HUAWEI mobile phone from January 1,2007 to December 31,2015,using the method of data analysis and social network analysis to study the technological innovation network of HUAWEI mobile phone.In this paper,based on patent data to build HUAWEI mobile phone technology innovation network,and based on the analysis of the number of patent applications,the number of applicants,the type of applicants,the cooperative relationship of the application and spatial distribution of patent applications in the region in the HUAWEI mobile phone technology innovation network,to analyze HUAWEI mobile phones in many aspects and angles.Through the final analysis can be drawn: ?HUAWEI's technology innovation capacity is increasing,innovative network involves a wide range of field,and has a obvious technical advantages,technological innovation has entered a mature stage.?Cooperative innovation promotes the formation of technological innovation network.Although most of the company's technology patents are charged with HUAWEI internal company,but HUAWEI also attaches great importance to cooperate with other enterprises and institutions,scientific research institutions,and pay special attention to cooperate with institutions and scientific research institutions,but the network development is not balanced,formed the “core--edge” structure by the major internal companies in HUAWEI as center.?From the overall space scale layout characteristic of HUAWEI mobile phone technology innovation network: in the global scope,the patent quantity by HUAWEI mobile phone combined with other countries applied is less,the objects of cooperation mostly are the organizations of universities and scientific research institutions.Although the number of patent cooperation with foreign universities and research institutions is not much,but the cooperation will is continuously increasing;From a national perspective: the coverage area of innovation network is extensive,the regional distribution of patent application is concentrated,the eastern coastal area is the main place for patent invention,HUAWEI mobile phone has formed the situation that by the eastern coastal areas as center,gradually spread to the central and Western Regions;From the coastal area,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and other places are the important undertaking of HUAWEI mobile phone technology innovation,especially in Guangdong and Shenzhen,more than half of HUAWEI's patent invention comes from the two places,they are the high yield area of HUAWEI mobile patent applications. |
