The network channels are characterized by openness,personalization,time flexibility,and geographic freedom.Compared with traditional channels,the insurance e-commerce business has irreplaceable advantages.Actively conducting insurance e-commerce business will help improve insurance company’s customer retention,provide a large amount of customer information data for the company’s customer relationship management;fully tap and analyze potential customers’ consumer demand and consumer preferences,and maximize potential customers The upgrading of existing customers’ loyalty and the constant addition of new customers will ultimately increase the economic benefits of the company’s e-commerce business.C-Insurance Yudong Branch(hereafter referred to as Yudong Branch)has had many problems to be solved during the development of insurance e-commerce in the last two years.This study is based on the theory of insurance e-commerce and is based on the current branch of Henan East.The status quo of e-commerce business development starts with a brief analysis of the company based on the external environment,existing models,main business and customer service,and then points out the current development dilemma,and elaborates the necessity of implementing the e-commerce model upgrade.This study explored a new type of insurance marketing model of "Yudong E-Vision" live streaming,and it has been promoted throughout the company.The new model successfully integrates the concept of e-commerce with the new mobile Internet technology,effectively addresses the pain points and difficulties of the traditional marketing model,such as low customer participation,low timeliness of service,and the use of mobile Internet technology to optimize and upgrade.Finally,this study takes the core competitiveness of the company as a starting point,analyzes the promotion effect of the new model from several aspects such as reducing operating costs,rethinking the current business development model,and strengthening the concept of customer insurance products.In the highly competitive Henan insurance market,the full development of e-commerce business will become the key factor for Yudong branch to maintain its competitive advantage and increase its market share.This article takes the exploration of the e-commerce model innovation of Yudong branch as an example,in order to provide certain reference for the development of the insurance company e-commerce model in the future.
