At present,there are a large number of private enterprises in counties and townships in our country.Since these enterprises are often run by peasants,the owners and managers of the enterprises are often poorly educated and lack theoretical knowledge.They have achieved good results in some fields based solely on their daring spirit and hard-working quality achievements,relative to state-owned enterprises,urban private enterprise managers,has its own unique characteristics.At the same time,due to the operation in the county and township regions,the employees of the enterprises are also migrant workers who have different characteristics from the urban employees.Coupled with previous studies on corporate social responsibility and employee loyalty,most of the studies focused on listed companies or large-scale modern enterprises located in prosperous metropolis,or mainly on highly educated people,there are few studies on peasant-workers in county and townships,This is not conducive to the realization of the universal applicability of the theory,but it also lacks practical theoretical guidance for the majority of small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises,which is not conducive to the development of small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises.In view of this,the subject of small and medium-sized private enterprises operating in counties and towns as the research object,from the perspective of employee loyalty,focusing on corporate social responsibility,reputation capital,the quality of leadership-member exchanges and employee loyalty,the relationship between in-depth discussion and research.In the process of this study,the data were analyzed empirically through case selection,case-based interview and data collection using spss17.0.Through in-depth study,it was verified that the performance of corporate social responsibility positively affects the perception of corporate reputation capital;The perceived value of reputation capital positively affects staff loyalty;the corporate reputation capital plays an intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and employee loyalty;the opinion that leadership-member exchange quality plays a mediating role between corporate reputation capital perception and employee loyalty,meanwhile,It also found that the leadership-member exchange quality has the most significant positive impact on employee loyalty.And based on these surveys and research results,put forward relevant suggestions and suggestions for reference.
