Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)in the enterprise management activities occupys an increasingly important role,the existing researches show that corporate social responsibility has a critical influence not only on organization performance,corporate reputation,enterprise soft power and so on,but also on the employee's work attitude and behavior,especially on the level of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior etc.When combing home and abroad literature researches,we found that the corporate social responsibility from employees' view has a positive impact on perceptions of organizational support,besides,the perception of organizational support is the important exogenous variables of organizational loyalty;in the activeties about instrumental support(the supply of material treatment)and emotional support(the sense of belonging,the innovation behavior)provided by the organization,the frequency,depth and feedback of communication between employees and management authorities,along with the individual self-efficacy play a vital role,and the level of employee self-efficacy perceptions and ability can help the employees to understand the organizational support behavior,then affects the degree of their loyalty to the organization.Based on the above requirements of the theoretical and practical researches,this paper tried to introduce employees' perception of organizational support as the intermediary variable and self-efficacy as the mediated variable to explore the intrinsic mechanism between corporate social responsibility and organizational loyalty to enrich related theory research results and provide suggestions for the enterprise practice.Firstly,this paper reviewed and analysised the existing researches of key variables and their relationships to define the concept of key variables,secondly,put forward the research model and hypotheses,choose the high reliability and validity of scale which has been empirically tested as measuring tools.Thirdly,we got 307 data through online questionnaire,and its validity & reliability analysis and multilevel regression analysis were performed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0.The results show that:(1)CSR has positive effects on employee loyalty;(2)CSR has positive effects on perception of organizational support;(3)perception of organizational support has positive effects on employee loyalty;(4)the effect of CSR on employee loyalty is mediated by perception of organizational support;(5)the effect ofperception of organizational support on employee loyalty is mediated by communication between organization and employees;(6)performance orientation self-efficacy negatively regulate the perception of organizational support's effect on employee loyalty;the regulation of study orientation self-efficacy on the relationship betweenthe perception of organizational support and employee loyalty has not been proved.Based on the research conclusions,this paper suggests that enterprises should attach the importance to the fulfillment of social responsibility and guide staff to aware the channel construction of corporate social responsibility to enhance the employee's perceived organizational support and organizational loyalty.During this process,the communication and feedback program is necessary to promote the relationship between corperate and individuals.It also actually makes substantial difference to raise the productivity that organizations emphasize the importance of enhancing the individuals' s skills level rather than only focus on the workers' performance and the substance rewarding for them...
