In the current economic development under the new normal,rural tourism as an i mportant link,connecting urban and rural in promoting the rural tourism development of regional economic growth and stable supply side structural reform plays an importa nt role.Vigorously develop the rural tourism,is an important engine of rural revitaliz ation,is the important way to drive the country prosperous common people 'income,t o build a new socialist countryside and to build a well-off society in an all-round wa y has important practical significance.This article selects Tai'an City rural tourism de velopment in Shandong province as the research object,the data query,field visits,o n the basis of researching and consulting of the relevant departments for Tai'an City r esource types,spatial distribution of the rural tourism development,management mode,development characteristics and main measures for system analysis,at the same time,the rural tourism development of Tai'an City the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of system analysis,in absorbing the latest research results of scholars a t home and abroad for the rural tourism development,on the basis of against Tai'an c ity facing the disadvantage in the process of rural tourism development and challenge s,puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Research mainly includes t he following aspects:(1)Tai'an municipal party committee,municipal government attaches great import ance to the rural tourism,vigorously promote the “travel + beautiful rural constructio n”.At present,a total of 640 total Tai'an City rural tourism resource entities,the a bundance,type,and varied.Mainly rural landscape,rural landscape,rural heritage a nd production construction,rural property,rural cultural heritage and so on five big c lasses.(2)Tai'an on the construction of the rural tourism business model,adhere to the adjust measures to local conditions,social participation and market operation,diverse management,highlight the "one village one theme" principle,explore the different cha racteristics of diversified business model.Tai'an City through continuously optimize the structure of the rural tourism products,rural tourism projects have been from low-end,public product for the development of rural leisure,village holiday high quality pr ojects,improve the service level and quality.(3)The characteristics of Tai'an rural tourism development can be summarized as:Tai'an rural tourism,basic building has formed the pattern of "area,the third ring roa d,",has been formed throughout the city ecological farm,fishing,sightseeing picking flowers,ancient village show,folk experience and the development of new pattern of rural tourism;Tourism poverty alleviation "beautiful" beautiful countryside,the rural t ourism industry and the organic combination of poverty alleviation and development w ork,vigorously develop the rural tourism industry,thereby giving impetus to the rural revitalization of poverty-stricken areas,gradually help poor people out of poverty to get rich;Adhere to the development of rural tourism as a new growth point of touris m economy and tourism industry transformation and upgrading of the new engine,con tinue to implement "point,sheet,belt,face" development measures.(4)The advantage of the development of rural tourism are:regional transportatio n advantage;Cultural heritage;The government's policy support and to increase the p er capita income.Tai'an City development rural tourism weaknesses are: the rural tour ism development planning implementation does not reach the designated position;Mar keting efforts inadequate;Rural tourism development and urbanization and commerciali zation in conflict.(5)Tai'an opportunities for the development of rural tourism are: integration of t ourism management department,strengthen the function of comprehensive coordination;Pay attention to the reorganization of the rural tourism toilet.Tai'an rural tourism dev elopment are: the threat of the surrounding tourist cities of market competition;Operat ors comprehensive quality is low,the lack of professional management talents;Rural t ourism pose a threat to the ecological environment(6)Combined with the SWOT analysis,this paper argues that Tai'an City rural t ourism development should take advantage of opportunities,development,advantages,the use of opportunities and convert disadvantages,using the advantage,reduce threat s and weaknesses.Policy Suggestions to perfect the Tai'an City rural tourism develop ment mainly include: deepening the reform of tourism management system;Broaden the rural tourism marketing channel,enhance the level of marketing;Pay attention to i nfrastructure construction,promote tourism service level;Set up the mechanism of eco logical protection,rural tourism sustainable development;“Crucial,accurate”for pov erty alleviation,promote transformation and upgrading of rural tourism.
