Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Tourism Development In Shizhong District Of Jinan City Based On The SWOT-PEST Model

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's economic development entered a new normal state.As a strategic pillar industry for the development of the national economy,tourism has also entered the “new industry's normal state”.The tourism policy environment is gradually optimized,the investment channels of the tourism industry are gradually expanding,and the tourism products are diversified.The Chinese tourism industry has evolved from the primary stage to the middle stage of mass tourism.Under the background of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province,the development of tourism in Shandong Province has also entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading,quality improvement and efficiency improvement.It not only pioneered the implementation of the “Bundled Marketing,Joint Promotion” tourism promotion strategy in the country,but also accelerated the construction of a brand system with “Hospital Shandong” as the leader and urban tourism brands as the support.Among them,the tourism industry in Jinan is accelerating the shaping of international tourism destination brands,and the per capita tourism consumption is steadily increasing,accelerating the structural transformation of the scale growth of tourism industry to the growth of efficiency.In the industrial structure of Jinan City Central District,the tourism industry is a very dynamic industrial force,and gradually becomes the leader and core of the tertiary industry,and strives to move toward the strategic pillar industry of the whole region.Based on the characteristic tourism resources and the original ecological rural tourism resources,Jinan City Central District integrates the tourism resources and social resources of the whole district,closely following the spatial development of Dongtuo,Xijin,Nankong,Beikua and Zhongshu in Jinan City.Strategy,make full use of location advantages,accelerate the development of tourism,and adapt to the realistic requirements of the people's tourism consumption upgrading and tourism industry structure adjustment as soon as possible.However,the development of tourism in the central district of Jinan City has entered a bottleneck period,and has not yet formed an agglomeration effect.The problem of insufficient cultivation of key tourism resources in the region,single tourism products and lack of market perception are common.Therefore,in order to help the coordinated development of tourism and economy in the central district of Jinan City,transform the economic development mode,adjust the industrial structure,and build a tight and integrated development of the tourism industry in the central city.Based on a large number of relevant literatures,this paper analyzes and integrates the literature on tourism development.Using the SWOT-PEST model,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of tourism development in the central district of Jinan City were analyzed from the political,economic,social and technical aspects.Then constructed the SWOT-PEST matrix of tourism development in the central district of Jinan City.Finally,the development countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tourism in the central district of Jinan City are proposed.
