A Study On The Mechanism And Route Of Promoting Ecological Governance By Leading Cadres Leaving Auditing Natural Resources Assets

Ecological governance has always been the focus of attention of the country.In order to better advance the development of ecological governance,the leading audit of deserted natural resources assets was launched.Since the departure audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres has been proposed so far,it has produced certain effects on the development of ecological governance,but there are still many deficiencies.At present,Chinese scholars are more concerned with the exploration of the departure audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres,but very few studies have conducted on the auditing of the departure of natural resources assets of leading cadres from the perspective of ecological governance.From the perspective of ecological governance,the full text examines the departure audit of leading cadres' natural resource assets,which focuses on how the auditing of the natural resources assets of leading cadres in the national ecological governance affects the ecological governance and the relationship between them.The paper first describes the background of thesis writing,defines the relevant concepts,and simply explains the relationship between the departure audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres and ecological governance.Second,the theoretical analysis of different perspectives on leading auditing of deserted natural resource assets and the promotion of ecological governance,and further use of the “immune system theory” to explain how the leading cadres' natural resource assets leave audits can promote ecological governance.Third,from the perspective of auditing the current natural resources assets of the leading cadres,this paper analyzes the problems of advancing national ecological governance,and in-depth analysis of the leading cadres' natural assets detachment audits in conjunction with relevant case studies,and explores the role of leading cadres in deserting natural resources assets.Finally,we propose that the leading cadres' natural resources assets leave audits to promote the optimal path of ecological governance.The article analyzes the existing problems,case studies,and optimization paths of leading cadres' natural resources leaving production and auditing to promote ecological governance,and analyzes them from four perspectives: the audit subject,the audit object,the audit technology method,and the audit system construction.In short,this article further deepens the understanding of leading auditors leaving audits of natural resources assets.
