Steel is an important raw material in the national economy.To develop and strengthen the motherland,we must rely heavily on our own steel industry.As the backbone of the iron and steel industry supports the national economy of our country,the equipment inspection and control departments of the iron and steel companies support the production of the steel enterprises,which in turn affects the sustainable development of the national economy.China,as the country with the largest steel production volume in the world,has changed its economic growth from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,optimised and upgraded its economic structure,and shifted its driving force from element-driven to investment-driven.The main driving force of economic development has shifted to the "new normal economy," which depends on transformation and upgrading,productivity enhancement,and pioneering and innovation.Huge capacity pressure and inventory pressure are placed in front of China's steel industry.Under this circumstance,the limitations of the original management of the equipment inspection and control department of iron and steel enterprises were exposed.This paper combines the enterprise management model with the background of the new normal economy,studies the management issues of the equipment inspection and control department of C Iron and Steel Company,applies the organizational theory and incentive theory to analyze the status and analysis,and successfully solves the enterprise organizational structure and employees through the introduction of internal marketization.The issue of incentives has promoted the long-term development of the company.As a traditional large enterprise,the equipment inspection and control departments of China's iron and steel enterprises generally have “big business disease” characterized by overstaffed institutions,multiple leadership,and brain drain.The most important factor in institutional overstaffing is the unreasonable and unscientific setting of institutions,resulting in inefficiency,overstaffing,and difficulty in management,leading to slow and dull market response.Multi-leadership refers to the fact that when there are many interests in the competition,they need to solve the problem at the critical moment.Everyone shirks their responsibilities and has a serious impact on the development of the company.The neglect of talent has caused the loss of talents with love and passion;the lack of cohesiveness of the enterprise and the slow pace of development.Under the “new normal economy”,steel prices continued to operate at a low level.The net profit per ton of steel and the utilization rate of crude steel production were even lower;environmental protection supervision became stricter,and steel companies faced high environmental protection investment and operating costs;the steel industry faced widespread financial constraints.As a result,the pressure on the survival of steel companies has increased.To this end,it is necessary to introduce “internal marketization” management in business management,and to use internal market simulation to organize production and operations in order to tap potentials,increase vitality,stimulate endogenous motivation of employees,and promote the flat development of the organizational structure.Promote the fairness and fairness of the incentive mechanism,increase the efficiency and timeliness of the market response.This paper combines the three methods of researching documents,cases,and on-site investigations of enterprises.Taking the equipment inspection and control department of C Steel as a case,it analyzes the management problems of the equipment inspection department of C Steel and conducts optimization research on it.The optimization effect was tested.This article organically combines internal marketization,organizational theory and incentive theory to help companies grasp the core of reform,to adapt to the requirements of the "new normal economy," and to solve "big business disease." For C Steel's equipment inspection department,it found a targeted and effective reform.For this reason,Company C intends to promote it in an all-round way.This article also gives tips on issues that should be noted in the promotion.At the same time,this article points out that other large companies can also use "internal marketization" to treat "big business disease",so this study has important practical significance.
