Analysis On The Willingness Of Farmers' Land Circulation And Its Influencing Factors Under The New Economic Normality In Qinyang

This paper studied that under the new normal economic background,the Central Political Bureau meeting and the central economic work conference mentioned the deepening agricultural supply side structural reform.The central rural work conference will think of supply side reform as the main line to carry out agricultural work deployment,which is worthy of attention is the reform of the land system,then,the rural land circulation problem once again become a hot topic.The purpose of this paper is to study the willingness of farmers' land transfer in Qinyang and its influencing factors,and provide the reference value for the government to formulate relevant policies.From the perspective of the background of the new economic norm,this paper researches on the impact factors of Qinyang rural land transfer willingness and effect using literature research,data analysis survey,home visits and other methods,and finally put forward suggestions on corresponding countermeasures through the empirical analysis conclusion.Based on the definition of related concepts and literature review,in accordance with the writing idea of the "status quo description-theoretical analysis-Empirical Analysis-policy recommendations",the research content mainly includes five parts: the first part is about the new features under the new economic norm of rural land circulation.In recent years,based on the investigates of the land transfer willingness and the influence factors of Qinyang farmers,this paper will elaborate the new characteristics of the new situations and trends in Qinyang farmers' land circulation,and the comprehensive understanding of farmers and the problems existed in land circulation,so as to provide the basis for the Qinyang municipal government to formulate relevant policies.The second part mainly studies the land circulation of farmers in Qinyang,according to the investigation plan with the on-the-spot investigation visit,understands the status of farmers' land circulation in Qinyang City,and gains the information about the circulation scale,circulation mode,flow direction,the effect of information transfer.The third part mainly focuses on the analysis of farmers' willingness to transfer land under the new economic normal.Through statistical analysis of the data collected after the survey,the paper discusses whether the farmers' willingness to change under the background of the new economic norm.The fourth part summarizes the influence factors of farmers' willingness to transfer land.This paper will list and analyze the main factors influencing farmers' willingness to transfer,find out the correlation degree between these factors and farmers,and analyze how these factors have occurred and how to affect farmers' willingness to transfer.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Combined with the research perspective and research object,this paper analyzes the research content and put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions for the problems existing in the research.Through empirical analysis,we draw the following conclusion: first,under the new economic norm,urban supply side reforms promote the house price,affects the cost of the living of migrant workers and their willingness of land transfer.Second,under the new economic norm,the downward pressure on the economy and the form are still grim.This leads to poor business efficiency and affects the income of migrant workers,thereby affects their willingness to land transfer.Third,under the new economic norm,the reform of the process of urbanization encourages the strength of farmers settled into the city,thereby affects the willingness of farmers to land transfer.Fourth,under the new economic norm,agricultural economy downturn,such as,agricultural planting large,into the land of farmers' cooperatives,enterprises,their business form is not too optimistic,and effects or damages to the outflow of economic benefits from the land of farmers,which will affect the farmers' land circulation.So,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: first,encourage the strength of farmers to settle in the city.Second,cultivate farmers' new concept of career choice.Third,develop appropriate scale management of rural land.Fourth,pay full attention to the problem of increasing farmers' income.
