Research OnThe Management Mode Of Lager Enterprise Disease In The Development Of State Owned Enterprise Groups

In the advanced stage of socio-economic development,in the face of economic globalization and social production,the limited scale economy has been severely tested.Under the simultaneous attack of internal and external driving forces,an advanced enterprise organization form appears gradually:the enterprise group characterized by parent and subsidiary corporations.China's economic artery is mainly controlled by state-owned enterprise groups,and the effective control of the parent and subsidiary companies in the enterprise group determines the development speed of state-owned enterprises to some extent.In our country,most enterprise groups are state-owned enterprise groups.They have made outstanding contributions to the industrialization and modernization of our country in the past decades of reform and opening-up.However,those state-owned enterprises don't have much experience in reforming themselves.Thus,it's especially important to improve management effects and management efficiency,avoid large-scale enterprise diseases and how to select group control mode becomes more and more important.Therefore,this paper selects the state-owned enterprise group to develop the control mode research of the disease,which has practical and theoretical significance.Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd is a large cross-regional,cross-industry and transnational state-owned enterprise group,which also has a complex property right structure.With Xinxing's development,enterprise diseases appear.Xinxing needs to change the status quo and make itself work efficiently for its further development.Therefore,an effective and reasonable management and control mode is the main guarantee for the healthy development of an enterprise group.Based on relevant theoretical research,this paper analyses and summarizes Xinxing's creative management and control mode in overcoming enterprise diseases and forecasts this mode.
