In recent years,the rapid economic development has led to more complex market environment in China,more and more fierce competition,and the financial environment is changing rapidly.The enterprises are faced with the challenges and threats of all kinds of uncertain factors.Financial risk is a comprehensive reflection of various risks that the enterprise faces.Therefore,how to evaluate the financial risk and effectively control the occurrence of financial risk has become an important concern for the sustainable development of the enterprise.S company is a traditional resource-based enterprise,facing financial risk and evaluation problems.This paper first analyzes the financial situation of S company through relevant data in financial statements,and finds out the problem.Secondly,we analyze the financial risk evaluation method of S company,find out the shortage,and build a complete set of financial risk evaluation system for S company according to the characteristics of S company's own development.First,select the main financial data and construct the index system,use the entropy method to calculate the index weight;then the comprehensive scoring method is used to the company.Financial risk is comprehensively evaluated to determine the risk level of S company.Finally,effective control measures are put forward based on financial risk assessment.After reading a lot of relevant literature,this paper combines the industry characteristics of S company,constructs a financial risk evaluation system for the enterprise,comprehensively considers the theory research and case analysis method to study the financial risk of S company,and uses a comparatively objective method to determine the S company in the construction model of the evaluation system.Financial risk status.This paper hopes to study the financial risk assessment and control of S company,which can help the company management to recognize the importance of financial risk assessment,strengthen the management of financial risk,identify the financial risks effectively and promptly,and then control the financial risk in order to reduce the possibility of the financial crisis.
