With the process of reform and opening up,China's enterprises is advancing to the higher levels.However,the problem of corporate social responsibility appears frequently,all circles are focus on this phenomenon.Especially recently,dangerous chemicals safety accidents continue to rise.As we know,in 2015,the dangerous goods warehouse serious fire explosion event of Ruihai company,appeal to people's attention.It is a very important theoretical and practical subject to evaluate the performance of social performance and to construct a scientific performance evaluation system and to guide enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility effectively.This article is in this context to conduct in-depth study.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on corporate social responsibility,analyzes the theoretical basis of corporate social responsibility and its evaluation,and defines the connotation of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of relates.From the six kinds the interested parties---the employees,the consumers,the shareholders,the suppliers,the government,the community and so on,take the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the analysis tool,use the analytic hierarchy process to construct the X-Evaluation model,to analyze the X company's performance appraisal system.This paper utilize several methods to investigate the situation of X corporate social responsibility,include field visits,individual interviews,questionnaires,etc.Makes an empirical study on the corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system which built in this paper,further validates the scientificity and feasibility of this model,and also provides useful reference for the related enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility.This paper thinks employees' sense and stockholder's sense of responsibility is weak to the X company,and governmental responsibility and environment responsibility both need to strengthen.To improve the performance of social responsibility of X company effectively,X company need to change their ideas,to determine the concept of social responsibility,put the social responsibility into corporate strategic goals.Finally,this paper proposes several suggestions for improvement and optimization of how to improve corporate social responsibility.
