Study On Building Enterprise Transformation And Upgrade Based On BIM Technology

The 12 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Construction Industry proposes that by the end of the 12 th Five-Year Plan,China should strive to achieve an average annual increase of more than 15 % in the total value of construction industry and the value added of construction industry,and further guide Chinese construction enterprises to accelerate their transformation and upgrading.As an important part of the construction industry,the construction enterprise’s transformation and upgrading is urgent.With the increasing informatization of the construction industry,BIM(Building Information Modeling)has been paid more and more attention to by China’s construction industry.BIM technology,as a national digital construction means,can speed up the process of building industrialization and promote the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.The BIM will be used to promote the industrialization of buildings,While improving the way of building production,reducing the waste of materials,increasing the speed of construction,increasing the efficiency,and finally promoting the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises,which is the new direction of building enterprises.Based on the theoretical research of BIM technology and building industrialization,this paper summarizes the advantages of BIM technology,analyzes the role of BIM technology in building industrialization,combines the advantages and characteristics of simulation,parameterization,cooperation and visualization of BIM,and analyzes the importance of BIM technology for building enterprisetransformation and upgrading.By means of questionnaire,we get the information and construct a hierarchical analysis model to get the main nine constraints.Based on this analysis,the strategy and application of BIM-based building enterprise transformation and upgrading are analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of BIM-based transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises is proved by the practical study of engineering examples.
