| At present,China’s construction industry is in an important period of transformation and upgrading.The reform of the supply side has been further advanced,and the reform of the New Deal has been intensively introduced,which has injected a strong vitality for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.However,as the key subject of China’s construction industry,construction companies have stayed in the old development mode.The construction period is long,the resources are consumed,the environmental pollution is more serious,and the reform is more difficult.With the government’s strengthening of environmental protection and the pressure of the company’s own development,the green transformation and upgrading of construction companies is imminent.However,whether the construction and construction enterprises themselves have the ability to transform and upgrade green,there is a theoretical lack of a scientific and objective evaluation system.This paper defines the concept of green transformation and upgrading of building construction companies based on corporate resource capabilities and corporate strategic transformation theory,and analyzes the influencing factors from both internal and external factors.The analysis of internal factors mainly utilizes the theory of resource capabilities,and analyzes external factors.With the help of PEST analysis method,the SWOT model was applied to analyze the influencing factors comprehensively,and the direction of green transformation and upgrading of construction companies was discussed.According to the characteristics of construction companies and the factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of green,combined with the theory of strategic transformation,the concept of green transformation and upgrading capability of construction companies is defined.The index system was initially constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the indicators were selected through the 2-Delphi method.In order to ensure the scientificity of the weights of evaluation indicators,this paper uses AHP and entropy method to compound the weights.Finally,based on the idea of fuzzy evaluation,a fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy-AHP is constructed.Finally,based on the evaluation model of the green transformation and upgrading capability of the construction enterprises established,a building construction company that is currently in the process of transformation and upgrading is selected to evaluate it,thus verifying the scientificness and practicality of the evaluation system established in this paper.In practice,construction companies will implement green transformations and upgrades to provide operational guidelines. |
