With the deepening of economic globalization and informationization,the economic ties between countries are increasingly close.By Chinese economic system reform and the impact of macroeconomic policy,commodity price fluctuations,lead to production-oriented enterprises the cost of raw materials accounts for the proportion of the total cost of surge,combined with the enterprise development is in the direction of the lean,intensive transformation,enterprises continue to gain stable profits,to control the procurement cost is particularly important.Effective material purchasing cost control,not only must begin from the enterprise external,and cultivate long-term strategic partner,need more from the enterprise internal processes to obtain,strengthen internal process control and supervision,to benefit from management,from system to develop,to achieve the enterprise purchase cost and enterprise development unifies.At present,our country enterprise is facing great pressure and challenges,according to statistics,the procurement cost accounts for about thirty percent of the total cost to 50,how to control the procurement costs,has become the key factors that affect corporate profits,and SG company supplies procurement category,supplies more greatly influenced by the price of raw materials,purchase prices also showed a sharp fluctuations.SG company,therefore,more need to strengthen the procurement cost control,building the system of enterprise material purchasing cost control system,the enhancement enterprise's core competitiveness,so as to realize effective control of material procurement cost,strengthen the control on the process of the enterprise,consolidate cooperation relationship with suppliers,realize the common development of the supply chain members.In this paper,based on the theory of supply chain management,through the use of case analysis and normative research method of combining the,carefully combed the relevant purchasing cost control of a large number of literature at home and abroad,analyzes the development status quo of the procurement cost control,introduces the advanced enterprises at home and abroad and the development trend of purchasing cost.Taking the cost control of material purchase as the entry point,the business of cost control of material purchase business of SG company was analyzed.By using literature method,interview method and other research methods,about the present situation of SG company material purchasing and procurement cost control,analyzes the problems existing in the current process,and the analysis conclusion:materials purchase cost,effective control of the company to realize the company strategic goals,achieve sustainable development have a vital role;SG company breaks through the bottleneck of enterprise development,and must start from itself,to benefit from management and profit from operation.The material staff of the company did not realize that the purchase cost control is not only the purchase price,but should realize the company's total cost optimal,thus strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise;SG company is to establish the system of the procurement process,but there are still some defects,from the perspective of the system,with the process to authors efficiency as the goal,multi-pronged,to receive the desired effect.According to the conclusion,the paper proposes some Suggestions to improve the procurement cost control:with standardization,information into the principle,the ramming material management foundation work,optimize the procurement process,actively carry out liquidation library,using new technology to improve efficiency of the procurement cost control,etc.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background and significance of the thesis,the literature review at home and abroad,the research content and framework,research ideas and methods,innovation points,etc.The second chapter related concepts and theoretical basis,main content including cost control,the concept of supply chain,procurement cost control target and contents,procurement cost control,several calculation methods of supply chain management theory,the TCO cost control theory,etc.Chapter ? the current situation and problems of the procurement cost control of SG company,mainly including the introduction of SG company,operation situation,current material purchasing process and existing problems.Chapter iv analysis of the cost control of material purchase of SG company,mainly including the principle of material purchase cost control,the analysis of the cause of the company's material purchase,and the analysis of material procurement process.In chapter v,the improvement Suggestions on the procurement cost control of SG company are proposed to solve the above problems and propose corresponding solutions or Suggestions for improvement.Chapter six conclusion and prospect,summarize the full text and look forward to the future.Innovation point of this article is mainly lies in the fact that SG company as large central enterprises energy,material purchasing large quantity demand,based on the research of the SG company material purchasing cost control,not only can be intuitive reflect the procurement cost of the significant influence to the enterprise development,also can see the upstream manufacturing enterprise cost control should pay attention to the problem.It also provides reference for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.Also combining with the characteristics of informatization development in the new period,this paper puts forward the "Internet +",big data analytics,handheld interconnected into the procurement cost control measures,in order to improve enterprise material purchasing management level,also more close to the demand of The Times.
