With the further acceleration of the pace of economic globalization,the development of modern logistics industry has become one of the important standards to measure the economic development level of a country and region.It is an important node of the development of the national economy,prompting the logistics industry to transform from the traditional logistics to the modern logistics.As the logistics park has a significant role in economic development,integration of various modes of transportation,and improvement of urban living environment,governments at all levels have taken it as a key project to promote regional and urban development,and give great support to policy.As a national logistics node city and regional international logistics center,Kunming is trying to build a regional international logistics center through the construction of modern logistics base,the cultivation of modern logistics market and the integration of logistics resources.In the process of building the logistics park,the internal function positioning and development strategy of the logistics park are particularly important.The perfect innovation of the service function of the logistics park and the foresight of the development strategy can effectively ensure the direction of the construction of the logistics park and improve the service level at the same time.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the internal function positioning of the G logistics park in Yiliang County by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and then studies its development strategy,constructs a triangular fuzzy judgement matrix of the service functions of the logistics park,and makes fuzzy evaluation for each function,and according to the final calculation and evaluation.The result is to clarify the most urgent internal function positioning of the logistics park.Through the specific analysis of the functions,the effectiveness of the functional positioning analysis is ensured,and the correct development strategy of the logistics park is ensured.Through the analysis and results of the internal function positioning of the G logistics park in Yiliang County,in order to make the logistics park meet the development needs of the Kunming logistics park and combine the relevant policies of the government at all levels,this paper further analyzes the development strategy of the logistics park,and provides the steps and directions for the project to be specific to the ground,so that the project is feasible.Operation.The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter,the introduction.This chapter mainly focuses on the background,significance,research status and research methods of logistics park's functional positioning and development strategy.The second chapter is a summary of the related theories of logistics park.This chapter mainly expounds the definition and functional positioning theory of logistics park,and introduces the theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The third chapter mainly describes the current situation of Kunming logistics park and the general situation of G logistics park in Yiliang county.The fourth chapter,the emphasis of this paper,the construction of the function evaluation index system,the G logistics park function of fuzzy level analysis,analysis of the development strategy.The fifth chapter,through the results of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,analyzes and elaborates each functional location in detail,and then summarizes the development strategy and puts forward the implementation suggestions.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.This chapter is the summary of the thesis.The main conclusions and problems of the paper are put forward,and the direction for further research is proposed.
