The business and income of large central enterprise groups are an important pillar of the national economy.Among them,the investment project revenue is more profitable,and the investment of central enterprises has been spread around the world.However,investment projects inevitably face risks,and investment projects themselves may have problems of organization,technology,management,capital and other aspects.Has existed for a long time,the group has ignored the importance of process management,it may make investment projects has been troubled and don't even know it,not only lead to project failure,make enterprise group into a passive in the market share,but a waste of precious project resources,and even cause adverse effect to the national economy.Process management refers to the process management,in order to achieve a specific goal,using a set of practical methods and technical tools,the process of planning,implementation,control and improvement,to optimize the output effect and efficiency of the adjustment process.Using process management ideas and techniques can help large state-owned enterprises manage investment projects better.This study based on the large state group investment projects are faced with the opportunities and challenges,through a large number of literature reading and review,the research process current situation of the development of management theory and the practice of the large state-owned enterprises group investment decision-making process management present situation,discover existing problems,and hope that through this study of exploration and efforts,can figure out a way,the train of thought to solve the problem and to process management academia,also for the practical application of process management of investment projects to better the development of power.This study using the method of combining theory with practice analysis,from the process management theory research,combined with the whole life cycle theory and suspension decision method,set up the process management decision-making model based on cash flow,analyzed and discussed by cnooc project examples,verify the model applicability and scientificity.
