In the process of China's economic development,as a new agricultural business entity,agricultural leading enterprises make the agriculture's production and management industrialized and specialized.China's agriculture is changing from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.During this period,leading enterprises have contributed to solving the contradiction between decentralized management of small farmers and big market.What's more,the leading enterprises will certainly play an important role in changing the pattern of agricultural development and promoting the development of rural economy.With the improvement of living standard,people's diet structure has also changed,from food-based conversion to a balance of food,meat,eggs,and milk.High-quality forage which can provide adequate and nutritious materials for animal husbandry and the production of meat and milk can help promote the transformation of diet as well as improve breeding efficiency.Cost control of agricultural enterprises has a direct impact on the level of agricultural production and the quality of economic benefits,and also has a significant impact on the development of the agricultural industry.The production of agricultural enterprises is greatly affected by natural conditions such as weather,long production cycle and large investment in infrastructure.Moreover,the cost control of agricultural enterprises mostly considers saving but lacks the utility of cost from the perspective of benefit.On the basis of reference to related research at home and abroad,this thesis selecting YG Co.,Ltd as a sample enterprise and taking its alfalfa product as an example,made a study of cost control.This study firstly analyzed the cost control of alfalfa products from producing,processing and circulating,which included analysis of cost structure,changing trend and influencing factors.Secondly give the reason that led to higher cost in cost control was given from the entire and every aspect of the company.Then,some practical suggestions involving producing,processing and circulating for solving these problems were given.Finally gives the YG alfalfa product cost control of the security measures to improve the cost control system.The conclusion of this paper are as follows:1.Good cost control is the guarantee for the healthy development of enterprises.Good cost control can improve the economic benefits of enterprises,standardize enterprise production and management activities,through the enterprise managers to find the problems existing in the cost control,so as to take more reasonable measures to reduce costs and ultimately to achieve maximum economic efficiency of enterprises.2.YG should strengthen cost control at all steps of alfalfa products.conclude planting part,processing part and circulating part.3.This thesis gave some measures for guaranteeing cost control of YG's alfalfa products,such as establishing a concept of comprehensive cost control,improving organizational structure,strengthening publicity,education and training and establishing an incentive system of cost control.This thesis perfected the study about cost control of forage leading enterprises as well as enriched relevant cases.The study can not only provide suggestions about cost control of alfalfa products for YG's managers,but also help to further improve economic efficiency and enhance competitiveness of enterprises.In the meantime,it can provide reference for enterprises' cost control of professional forage planting and processing.In addition,under the background of agricultural supply reform,it can also provide some references for government of all levels to change food crops to feeding crops and for leading enterprises,making policies.
