Research On The Development Of Minor Gra In Crops Industry In Shenmu County

Minor grain crops,the popular name of minor grain and bean crops.In this paper,through the discussion on the nutritional and healthy function of minor grains,the research on the local characteristics snacks and food processing of minor grains,the analysis of quality problems and control measures about grain crops at present,It is significant to promote the development of minor grain industry,adjust structure of rural agriculture and economic development,rich people's diet structure,play superiority of regional and natural resource in Shenmu,optimize industrial structure of local,realize optimization about rational utilization of agricultural resources and maximization of rural economic benefits.In the process of research I employed the literature and yield study,investigated in detail about varieties,planting area,processing,production,quality control etc of the main minor grain crops in Shenmu.The following conclusions are drawn.(1)Through the discussion of this paper,we can find that minor grain crops is large area and rich variety,it has broad market prospects,but there are a lot of problems too.Many varieties,but serious hybrid and lack of quality varieties,small planting scale,backward technology,difficult to unify management;processing level is backward,no deep processing product,low product added value;poor comprehensive utilization,industrial management model has not formed,which were all the vital hindrance for the development of minor grain crops industry.(2)Through diagnoses,countermeasures were proposed for the development of minor grain crops industry in shenmu county:introduce good variety,scientific cultivation,scale planting,standardized production,improve processing technology,promote the further processing of minor grain crops,optimize quality,implement tracing system of minor grain crops,Which were all laying the foundation for the business model of production-supply-sales.
