Research On Project Cost Management Of Construction Enterprises From The Perspective Of Value Chain

As an important pillar industry in the development of China's national economy,the construction industry plays an important role in promoting economic growth and social progress.However,with the rapid development of the economy,the competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.In the fierce competition environment,enterprise profit is continuously compressing.In the face of competitive market,only the effective control and management of the cost can be achieved by the construction enterprises,and it is possible to survive and develop in the competition.In order to realize the effective control and management of the cost,the scientific cost control concept and method must be adopted.The combination of value chain theory and cost management brings us a breakthrough point for the cost management of construction enterprises.Under the theory of value chain,the effective analysis of the value process by cost management can make the cost management strategy more detailed and effective in cost management.Through the analysis of the value chain,enterprises can update and upgrade the management idea,at the same time,by analyzing the value chain,to find their own competitiveness,and constantly improve in the control level,highlighting the advantages relative to competitors,competitive success in market competition.In this paper,through research on relevant literature and practice of value chain and cost management of the collection at home and abroad,the value chain and value chain cost management related content analysis,and takes FY company as an example,on the basic characteristics,business process,cost management category and the problems existing in cost management discusses the necessity of enterprise value chain cost management is established based on the FY basic system of cost management based on value chain perspective,the actual construction project of FY company to verify the value chain cost management system construction,through the application effect analysis conclusion.For the construction industry,combined with the value chain and cost management provides a train of thought and direction for solving the cost management,the significance of cost management can help to better understand the construction enterprises for the development of enterprises,the traditional cost management theory is a kind of supplement and development,this study for the future construction enterprises in when the value chaincost management based on certain reference value,but also for the construction enterprises in the project cost management research to provide a reference.
