Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Path Of Zhejiang Port And Navigation Service Industry

Nowadays,the port and shipping industry is affected by the economic downturn,showing the situation of abundant capacity and wasting resources.In order to overcome this problem,Zhejiang has found that transformation to port and shipping service industry is an effective way to get rid of the economic downturn.At present,under the guidance of the construction of service-oriented government,Zhejiang province is actively building "Hong Kong and navigation strong province" Zhoushan River Sea joint transport service center construction,committed to building a complete facilities,full function,efficient and convenient international shipping service center close.But how to realize the transformation and upgrading of the port and shipping industry? Although many scholars have studied it,most of them are superficial.In-depth and quantitative analysis is rare.In view of this,this paper makes a systematic inquiry into Zhejiang port and shipping service industry by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.This paper expounds the concepts and research status of modern service industry,port and shipping service industry and industrial cluster.Through a large number of domestic and foreign literature reading,the growth process of port and shipping service industry at home and abroad is analyzed.At the same time,through consulting the references,China port Yearbook,China shipping development report,China ship development report,China Marine Yearbook and related information,the related indexes affecting Zhejiang port and navigation service industry are analyzed,from which the indexes that can characterize the nature of Hong Kong and navigation service industry are extracted,and Zhejiang has been established.The evaluation index system of Hong Kong and navigation service industry;the quantitative analysis of the internal factors of Zhejiang port and Hong Kong service industry by analytic hierarchy process;and then the comprehensive evaluation of Zhejiang port and Hong Kong service industry by the fuzzy evaluation method,and the evaluation score is obtained.Finally,according to the experience of the development of the domestic and foreign service industry,the index data and the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we put forward the following path of transformation and upgrading: First,we should pay more attention to infrastructure construction and strengthen the cooperation of peripheral economic hinterland;secondly,increase investment and investment,expand the scale of relevant production service enterprises;then,introduce high-end shipping talents and pay attention to international development;furthermore,explore the high-end service industry of Hong Kong and airlines to create a people-oriented credit system;finally,Actively integrate the Internet and create a people-oriented personalized port.It also escorts the upgrading of port and shipping services with policies,regulations,basic services and Internet technologies.Finally,the sustainable,efficient,stable and reasonable development of Zhejiang port and shipping service industry will be realized.
