| As a typical representative of knowledge intensive enterprises,the professional service firms are important driving force of the contemporary economic.Professional service firms are facing more complex knowledge sources and types of knowledge than manufacturing enterprises.In order to seek innovation in a dynamically changing environment,we must attach importance to the management of knowledge,the employee are the owner of knowledge and the main body of innovation,the incentive system in enterprise human resource management can promote the integration and application of knowledge,but there is little research on how employee motivation affects professional service businesses.Based on the related literature,this paper constructs a relational model of knowledge disseminator incentive and knowledge recipient incentive through influencing customer,internal and external expert knowledge integration level,and then influences professional service innovation performance,and puts forward corresponding hypotheses.In this paper,professional service firms are selected as the research objects,and the’ empirical study on 278 questionnaires collected by using factor analysis and structural equation model is carried out.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the motivation of knowledge communicators and the incentive of knowledge recipients have a significant positive impact on the performance of professional service innovation.Second,customer knowledge integration,internal knowledge integration and external expert knowledge integration have a significant positive impact on the performance of professional service innovation.Third,knowledge integration plays a mediating role between employee motivation and professional service innovation performance,that is,knowledge communicator incentive can improve professional service innovation performance through customer knowledge integration and external expert knowledge integration.At last,according to the results of the research,three suggestions are given for management inspiration:(1)Improve incentive system based on knowledge disseminator and knowledge receiver;(2)Build knowledge management platform within the enterprise;(3)Keep close contact with customers and external experts. |
